China is a big agricultural country,with the production and consumption of chemical fertilizers ranking first in the world.However,due to the unreasonable fertilization structure and unscientific fertilization methods,the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers has been continuously reduced,and serious environmental pollution has been caused.New bagged controlled release fertilizers have emerged Since there is currently no fertilizer device suitable for bag-controlled slow-release fertilizer,the fertilization method mainly adopts manual fertilization,and the manual fertilization efficiency is low,time-consuming and labor-intensive,and cannot meet the agronomic requirements of field fertilization.With the continuous improvement of agricultural modernization,mechanized fertilization has become an urgent requirement The degree of mechanization plays an important role in the application of bagged slow-release fertilizers.It has important practical significance for realizing fertilizer reduction,cost-saving and efficiency enhancement.In view of the above situation,this paper designs and develops a bagged slow-release fertilizer orderly fertilizer discharge device from the perspective of orderly discharge.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the development status of the domestic and international fertilizer discharge device,the slow-release fertilizer-removing device and the orderly conveying technology of the bagged materials,the material characteristics of the bagged controlled release fertilizer were measured,and the bag was designed The controlled release fertilizer ordered fertilizer test device provides the basis(2)The overall design of the dredging fertiliser and the bagged slow-release fertilizer orderly fertilizer test device was carried out,and the design and analysis of the eccentric separation mechanism,the clearing mechanism,the fertilizer discharging mechanism and the overall transmission scheme were studied.The force and movement of the slow-release fertilizer on the vibrating plate were determined.Under the requirements of the fertilizer emission,the reasonable range of the eccentric rotation speed was determined(3)Trial production of the bagged slow-release fertilizer orderly fertilizer test device,with the qualification index,the leakage index and the rearrangement index as the evaluation indicators,the eccentric wheel speed,the interval brush wheel rotation speed,the interval brush The influence of factors such as the length of the wheel and the angle of inclination of the conveyor belt was tested.The results of single factor test show that the eccentric wheel speed is 320 r/min?420 r/min,the interval brush wheel speed is 130r/min?170r/min,the interval brush wheel length is 23 mm?29 mm and the scraper conveyor belt inclination angle When the temperature is 39°?43°,the quality of the fertilizer operation is good,and the eccentric wheel speed,the interval of the brush wheel and the inclination of the conveyor belt have a very significant influence on the three evaluation indexes.The impact of the leakage index and the rearrangement index is very significant,and the impact on the qualification index is significant Multivariate orthogonal experiments show that the optimum combination of parameters for each factor is the speed of eccentric wheel 420 r/min,the speed of interval brush wheel 170 r/min,the length of interval brush wheel 29 mm,and the inclination angle of scraper conveyor belt 39°.The verification test of the optimal parameter combination showed that the qualified index reached 88.66%,the leakage index was 6%,and the rearrangement index was 5.34%.
