Kiwifruit bacterial canker is a destructive disease of kiwi fruit,with the increasing of cultivated area,high temperature and rainy climate of hunan region,the disease occurs in hunan province generally serious,and all varieties,root stock with different ages and regions were infected,because of high rate of dead trees,a lot of the orchard cut down so many trees in the garden,which has become the most vital problems restrict the development of the kiwi fruit industry in hunan.At present,there is no technology to completely inhibit the occurrence of ulcer disease,So the best way is not to come on the park to timely prevention,has come on the park to effectively control,so as to minimize the harm of cankerous disease.In this study,the occurrence of kiwi canker disease was investigated in fenghuang,jishou,huaihua,zhangjiajie,changde,liuyang and other main cultivation areas of kiwi in hunan province,and the causes and rules of the disease were summarized.Five antimicrobial agents were screened and field experiments were carried out.Combined with the investigation results,a set of comprehensive control technology for kiwifruit canker disease in hunan province was summarized.The main research results are as follows:1.From 2017 to 2019,an investigation was conducted on the occurrence of canker disease in various kiwi planting areas in hunan,including the main varieties of hongyang,donghong,jinyan and miliang no.1,the results showed that the incidence of variety hongyang was the highest,with an average of 50.97%,followed by donghong,with an average of 42.96%,and the most favorable one was miliang no.1,with an average of 5.33%.2.The investigation showed that for the same variety,the incidence of disease varied greatly in different altitudes.For example,in hongyang,the incidence of planting at an altitude of about 400 meters is 38.26% on average,while that of planting at an altitude of about 800 meters is 57.66% on average.3.The drug screening results showed that among the five antimicrobial agents,thiamethyl copper had the best inhibitory effect on kiwi ulcer bacteria,with an average inhibitory zone diameter of 13.1mm.Among them,the concentration of 800 times solution had the best inhibitory effect,and the inhibitory zone was 14.0mm.In thebiogenic element,the heqi traditional Chinese medicine fertilizer,the polykangmycin also has the certain inhibitory effect.Polymycin had the worst inhibitory effect on the pathogen of kiwi ulcer.4.The field test results showed that among the five control agents of thiamethoxam copper,chloromycin,kuaihuiling,garlic oil and heqizheng traditional Chinese medicine fertilizer,kuaihuiling had the best effect,reaching 70%.All the control measures,such as spraying on the leaf surface,brushing dry,root-irrigation,scraping off disease spots or comprehensive control,showed good control effect.The control effect was also better,59.5% on average.The control effect of garlic oil and heqi traditional Chinese medicine fertilizer was weak,48.3% on average.
