Compared with traditional rice transplanting,rice transplanting technology greatly reduces labor intensity,improves labor efficiency and lowers production cost,which has farreaching significance for rice production mechanization and grain production safety.In order to solve the problems of poor uniformity,serious damage to pot seedlings and missing transplanting and floating seedlings,this paper designed a kind of orderly wide throwing mechanism of rice pot seedlings,which can realize simultaneous throwing of multiple lines of pot seedlings and improve the quality of pot seedlings.It is of great significance to the popularization of mechanized throwing and planting of rice.In order to improve the efficiency and performance of rice bowl seedlings,this paper reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literature on rice bowl seedling raising,rice throwing machine,rice throwing and other technical specifications to understand the process of rice bowl seedling raising,rice throwing machine structure,working principles and development trend.On this basis,the physical characteristics of rice pot seedlings with three leaf seedlings were tested and the mathematical model of rice pot seedlings was established.The order wide-width throwing mechanism of rice pot seedlings is mentioned in this paper.The design of each set of seedling sending device mainly includes seedling receiving trough,seedling sending belt,tension device,power device and seedling sending device.In this paper,the Solidworks2016 3d modeling software is used to conduct 3D modeling and simulation assembly of various parts of the mechanism,and the motion simulation interference inspection function of the software is used to optimize the structural design parameters of various parts.Based on the kinematics theory,the movement status and landing position of rice pot seedlings in each seedling delivery device were analyzed,and the three main factors affecting the throwing performance of the mechanism were obtained,which were the speed of seedling delivery belt,the speed of walking device and the relative height of the hanging position.In the test bench of home-made rice pot seedling orderly wide thin device,we took the early long-grain No.45 non-glutinous rice pot seedling as the experimental material and explore the affecting of the pot seedling threw the plant uniformity,percent of pass failure rate and qualified rate of planting depth,seedling with walking device speed,hanging position,relative height of the single factor test and multifactor orthogonal test.Set standard planting row spacing of pot seedlings as 250 mm and plant spacing as 200 mm.By comparing the test results obtained,I found that when the speed of seedling delivery belt was 0.40m/s,the speed of walking device was 1.1km/h,and the relative height of suspension position was 0mm,the qualified rate of rice pot seedling planting uniformity was 91%,the failure rate of pot seedling was 1.3%,and the qualified rate of planting depth was 98%.It is verified that the design of rice seedling throwing mechanism has basically reached the design goal.
