Effects Of "Rice + Fishing + Ratooning Rice" Pattern On Soil Nutrients In Paddy Fields And Rice Quality

Paddy field ecological breeding can effectively reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,and fertilize soil.It is an ecological and green production method.It is a classic technology and effective measure to improve crop quality.Research on crop quality control has important research value.As a classic cultivation technique,ratoon rice has the advantages of lightness,greenness and economy.This study combines two classic crop techniques of improved crop quality through the cultivation model of the first season rice + raising fish(fish,loach)+ ratooning rice.By setting up rice(Huang Huazhan)+ fish + ratoon rice,rice(Huang Huazhan)+ loach + ratoon rice,rice(Y Liangyou 800)+ fish + ratoon rice,rice(Y Liangyou 800)+ loach + ratoon rice.Two rice varieties were routinely cultivated and regenerated rice were used as control.The main fertilizer effects and actual rice yield performance of the two models were analyzed.The focus was on the milling quality,appearance quality,cooking quality and nutritional quality of the first season rice and the reclaimed rice.The main results are as follows:(1)The rice-fish model and the rice-loach mode can increase the total nutrient content in the soil.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in the soil is maintained in a relatively stable state throughout the growth period,in which the rice-fish treatment effect Obviously,the overall is higher than the control field.The effect of rice-fish model on increasing the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil is better than that in rice-loach.During the first growth period of the first season rice and the regeneration season,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were in a relatively stable state,and the total potassium content decreased slightly during the regeneration season.(2)The rice-fish model and the rice-loach model increased the available nutrient content in the soil.The content at the booting stage,grain filling stage and maturity stage increased compared with the tillering stage,although there was fluctuation,but the overall trend was upward,among which,under the rice fish mode.The overall performance of soil available nutrient content is higher than that of rice-loach.The regularity of soil available nutrient content in the two varieties during the regeneration season was not obvious,but the overall remained relatively stable.(3)Compared with the actual yield of conventional cultivation,Huanghua accounted for 11.2% of the actual production and Y Liangyou 800 increased by 10.7%.In the rice blast mode,Huanghuazhan increased by 7.7% and Y Liangyou 800 increased by 6.9%.Under the ecological breeding mode,the first season rice of the two varieties had the effect of increasing yield,while the regeneration season rice loach mode showed the phenomenon of yield reduction.(4)Compared with the regulation cultivation,the rice fish and rice loach mode increased the polished rice rate and the whole polished rice rate of Huanghua’s head season rice.Among them,the rice-fish model polished rice rate and the whole polished rice rate increased significantly by 0.71% and 3.52%.The white grain rate and chalkiness of the lower jaw were reduced,and the brown rice rate,polished rice rate and whole milled rice rate of the rice and fish meal patterns in the regeneration season were all improved.The rice blast mode significantly reduced the white grain rate(decreased by 6.37%)and the chalkiness of Y Liangyou 800 rice varieties,and the Y Liangyou 800 regenerative rice fish model had improved sperm rice rate and whole milled rice rate.The grinding quality and appearance quality of the regeneration season in the same treatment were better than that of the first season rice,and the white grain rate and chalkiness were particularly obvious.(5)Compared with conventional cultivation,rice loach mode and rice fish mode all improved the gel consistency of Huanghuazhan and Y Liangyou 800,and improved the cooking quality of rice.Rice fish model and rice loach mode have certain improvement effects on rice cooking and nutritional quality,but the effects of two ecological species on amylose content,protein content and gelatinization temperature are inconsistent.The amylose content and protein content of the two seasons in the same treatment period increased compared with the first season rice,and the gel consistency and total starch content decreased compared with the first season rice.
