The technique of film-covering has been utilized into the production of crops with the effects of watersaving,heat preservation,salt suppression and yield-increasing.The problem of “white plastic film pollution” has been brought into farmland along with rich economic interest for farmers.Such as destroying the soil layer structure of field,reducing soil moisture absorption,decreasing the permeability both water and soil which had a bad effect on growth development of crop and seriously restricted the sustainable development of farmland.Indeed film recycling and reuse is of one of chief errand which promotes normal and sustainable develpoment of agriculture.In view of the problem of high residual film impurity rate in mechanical residual film recovery operation,which affects the later reuse of residual film,this paper studies and designs a membrane picking and split type mulching film recycling machine that can realize the separation of membrane impurities in the process of residual film pickup.Focused on designing and researching the film picking mechanism and the membrane impurity separation device.Through test verification,the key components of the residual film recycling machine can meet the requirements of residual film recycling operations.The main research contents of the paper include:(1)Through investigating the cotton planting mode,the damage of the residual film,the tensile speed of the HY-0580 tensile strength tester and the damage of the residual film are the influencing factors,and the elongation at break is the test response index.Membrane breakage,the relationship between tensile speed and elongation at break,the relationship between water content,load speed,internode and elastic modulus of cotton stalks are determined,which provide for the design of key components of the membrane picking hybrid film recycling machine Theoretical basis.(2)In the process of residual film recovery,a new elliptical gauge type pick film picking mechanism to achieve periodic pick film is designed because of the low residual film recovery rate.The length of the crank rod and the length of each member of the rocker are design variables,the curvature of the previous working stroke and the rear working stroke,the normal picking of the film,the extension of the soil,the picking of the residual film,the eccentricity,and the strength check are the constraints.The area and arc length are the objective functions,and the optimization toolbox is called to determine the optimal parameters of the length of the crank rod and the length of each member of the rocker.The model of the structure size parameters obtained after optimization is imported into Adams.After optimization,the arc length value increases from 2056 mm to 2308 mm.The length of the mulch film picked up in a circular motion is increased by 12.27%,to avoid the phenomenon of missed picking,and the amount of wear is reduced by 12.33%.The structure size is reduced by 7.8%.The 3D parametric model of the film picking mechanism established by Solidworks software is imported into Ansys / workbench module for static finite element analysis.(3)The structure,working principle of the clamping conveying device and the stripping device are expounded.The process of the clamping film and the stripping film are analyzed respectively to determine the necessary conditions for the clamping of the ground film and the separation conditions with the stripping device.(4)The structure of the membrane separation device is determined as an eccentric wheel screen,and its working principle is described.The calibration of the operating parameters is designed and studied.The modal analysis of the screen is performed.The mechanical analysis of the membrane separation process and residual film recovery rate and impurity rate is established which consists of screen amplitude,screen mesh tooth spacing,working angle of three factors called three levels quadratic regression orthogonal test to determine the optimal combination of screen parameters.Screen frequency is 4.7Hz,The screen amplitude is 52 mm,the pitch of the teeth is 17.1mm,and the film wrapping rate and impurity rate are both low.(5)A physical prototype of the membrane picking type hybrid mulching film recycling machine was produced,and a field test was conducted according to the membrane picking mechanism and the eccentric wheel screen device under the optimal parameters.The test results show that the residual film recycling machine meets the recycling requirements.The relative errors of recovery rate and stripping rate are both less than 1.5%.
