The planting of cave plate seedling is the key technology of field transplanting,and the development of automatic transplant machine is an urgent problem to be solved.As the core component of the fully automatic transplanting machine,the structure form of the seedling extraction mechanism will directly affect the quality and efficiency of the transplanting mechanism.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of research at home and abroad,this paper,combined with the agronomic requirements of tomato cultivation in Xinjiang,has carried out design and testing for the seedling-seeding institution of the fully automatic cave-plate seedling transfer machine,and the research content mainly includes:(1)The size parameters of the tomato pit seedlings cultivated by the greenhouse nutrition and the study of the mechanical characteristics of the carcass.The mechanical characteristics of the tomato cavitation seedling is the key basis for determining the scheme and structure of the seedling,taking the tomato cavitation seedling commonly used in Xinjiang as the research object,and studying and analyzing the size parameters of the suitable seedling body.And the physical characteristics of the slug stoicism,for the tomato plate seedling transfer machine seedling removal machine design to provide a theoretical basis.(2)Through the study and analysis of the physical characteristics of the cave plate seedlings,the preliminary determination of a oblique clamp-type design,and the factors affecting the success rate of seedling extraction mechanism analysis,the selection of the angle of admission,water content,depth of the cave as the main factors,the use of Box-Behnken design test scheme to test and analyze,through the test to learn the impact of various factors on the performance of the substrate.(3)By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several seedling-picking institutions on the market,the design scheme of the automatic transplant machine was determined for the xinjiang tomato planting mode and the working requirements of the fully automatic transplant machine.The mechanism's degree of freedom is analyzed and calculated to determine the rationality of the body's motion,the mathematical model is established for the seedling mechanism,the relationship between the parameters of the institution is determined,and it is optimized by using the genetic algorithm toolbox in 1stOpt software to obtain a set of institutional parameters satisfied with the migration requirements.(4)According to the optimization results of seedling mechanism parameters,solidworks is used for three-dimensional modeling of the whole seedling mechanism,and adams virtual prototype simulation software is used to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the institution,to obtain the velocity and acceleration change curve of the F-point at the end of the seedling claw,and through the analysis of the simulation results,the relevant control parameters of the seedling mechanism are determined;(5)Build a test platform for the control system of seedling mechanism.The hardware and software design of the control system was carried out respectively,the test platform of the seedling mechanism control system was completed,and the seedling test study was further carried out on the seedling-seeding mechanism,and under the condition that the water content of the seed matrix was between 40.1% and 63.3% of the matrix,the seedling test of different depths was carried out on the mechanism,the main factors affecting the success rate of the seedling extraction and the damage to the root of the seedling was detected.
