In this experiment,Jinqiao 2?Tartary buckwheat?was used as the experimental material. In this study, the effects of drought stress,drought-rehydration and regulation of nitrogen fertilizer under drought stress on the growth of Tartary buckwheat in the aboveground and underground parts, the water content of vegetative organs, antio xidant enzyme activity, photosynthetic index and yield were investig ated. And the effects of drought stress on the pharmacological activities?hypoglycemic, hypoglycemic, immunogenic?of Tartary buckwheat. The main findings are as follows:1.Effects of different drought patterns on Tartary buckwheat yieldMild drought stress promoted the overground growth of Tartary buckwheat, increased POD activity and CAT activity, increased net photosynthetic rate, and increased grain number per plant. Finally, the yield of Tartary buckwheat was significantly increased to 335.568 kg·hm-2.Drought-rehydration reduced the production of Tartary buckwheat.Severe drought-rehydration inhibited the overground growth of Tartary buckwheat, increased the root volume, decreased the moisture content of stem and leaf, increased CAT activity, increasedne tphotosynthetic rate, and decreased stomatal conductance and transp iration rate. The yield of severe drought-rehydration was higher than that of mild drought-rehydration.2.Effects of drought stress and nitrogen fertilizer regulation on the formation of Tartary buckwheat's yieldThe yield of Tartary buckwheat under normal water supply was higher than that under drought stress. The yield of Tartary buckwhe at with medium nitrogen under normal water supply was the highest.Under drought stress, high nitrogen promoted the growth of Tartary buckwheat above ground and under ground, and increased stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, water utilization rate, grain number per plant, grain weight per plant and grain weight per hundred grains. Finally, under drought stress, high nitrogen can increase the yield of Tartary buckwheat.3.Effects of drought stress on pharmacological activity of Tartary buckwheatTartary buckwheat has the effect of lowering blood sugar and blood fat.The hypoglycemic effect of high dose Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress was significant.Under mild drought stress, the high dose group of Tartary buckwheat had the best effect on reducing the concentration of T-CHO and TG.The high-dose group of Tartary buckwheat under normal water supply had the best effect of increasing HDL-C,followed by the low-dose group under mild drought stress. The low-dose group of Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress had the best effect on lowering the concentration of LDL-C.Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress had a certain improvement effect on CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+immune factors. The improvement effect on TNF-?was better at low dose, and on CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+at high dose.Tartary buckwhe at under normal water supply and mild drought stress had a signifi cant effect on the liver index of mice, among which,Tartary buck wheat under mild drought stress had a very significant effect, and the low-dose effect was better. The Tartary buckwheat treated by each treatment had certain improvement effects on the indexes of pan creas, thymus and spleen.Under different degree of drought stress, the health care effect of Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress was the best.It is found that mild drought stress can promote the production and health value of Tartary buckwheat,so moderate drought stress is of great significance to the agricultural production of Tartary buckwheat. When a drought occurs, agricultural production can be slowed by severe drought-rehydration and increased nitrogen fertilization. This experiment can provide some technical support for the cultivation of high yield, drought resistance and health value of Tartary buckwheat.
