In this experiment, three different tillage methods(no tillage, normal tillage and deep ploughing)and two fertilizer treatments(K fertilizer and N fertilizer)were used to study the effects on the growth and yield formation of tartary buckwheat. The results can provide some theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of tartary buckwheat. The main results are as follows:1.The effect of different tillage methods on the yield formation of Tartary BuckwheatIn different growth periods, the root morphology, agronomic characters and dry matter accumulation of tartary buckwheat were better in deep ploughing and normal ploughing than in no ploughing;the highest yield was in deep ploughing, followed by normal ploughing, and the lowest in no ploughing;the maximum filling rate of three Tartary Buckwheat Varieties was the highest in deep ploughing under different cultivation methods;three tartary buckwheat varieties were in different cultivation methods Under the formula, the root soil nutrients basically had the maximum value in the deep ploughing treatment;with the development of growth period, the root morphology, agronomic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of three buckwheat varieties showed a continuous increase trend.2.Effects of different tillage methods and potassium application on growth and yield of Tartary BuckwheatThe root morphology(root length, root surface area, root volume, root average diameter)and agronomic characters(plant height, number of main stem nodes, number of main stem branches)of Tartary Buckwheat in different growth stages increased first and then decreased with the increase of potassium application, and the maximum filling rate of Tartary Buckwheat varieties "Jinqiao 2" and "Qianku 5" was higher than that of other treatments in the medium concentration(MK)treatment The yield of three buckwheat varieties increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of potash fertilizer, and the difference between the treatments was significant with the increase of the amount of potash fertilizer in the medium concentration level and the minimum in the non fertilization level. The root morphology, agronomic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of the three Buckwheat Varieties basically reached the maximum in the mature period with the development of growth period; The root morphology, agronomic characters and dry matter accumulation of tartary buckwheat were better in deep ploughing and normal ploughing than in no ploughing in the same potassium concentration treatment. The yield of tartary buckwheat was in deep ploughing > normal ploughing > no ploughing. In conclusion, the medium concentration potassium treatment was more conducive to the growth, development and yield formation of tartary buckwheat.3.Effect of different tillage methods and nitrogen application on growth and yield of Tartary BuckwheatThe root morphology and agronomic characters of Tartary Buckwheat at different growth stages basically increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application, which was higher than that of other treatments at the medium concentration(MN)level;the yield of three Tartary Buckwheat Varieties increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application, with Mn treatment being the largest;the maximum filling rate of Tartary Buckwheat variety 'Jinqiao 2' was at the medium concentration The maximum filling rate of "qianku 5" and "liuku2081" was the highest at high concentration level, and the root morphology, agronomic characters and dry matter accumulation of three buckwheat varieties were the highest at maturity. The root morphology, agronomic characters and dry matter accumulation of tartary buckwheat were better in deep ploughing and normal ploughing than in no ploughing in the same nitrogen concentration treatment, and the yield was deep ploughing > normal ploughing > no ploughing. In conclusion, the medium nitrogen concentration treatment was more conducive to the growth and development of Tartary Buckwheat and the formation of yield.
