Plot seeder is a special agricultural machine for field breeding experiment.The use of plot seeder can ensure the uniformity of sowing quantity and sowing depth,which is conducive to the improvement of the rate of emergence.At present,the research direction of plot seeder in our country is mainly focused on the large and medium-sized plot seeder which is towed by tractor.On the other hand,the number of existing seeders in the market is rare,the variety is single,and most of their seed metering device is driven by the land wheel,which is easy to slip,thus affecting the seeding effect.In this case,the subject combines mechatronics and embedded system development technology to improve the imported purely mechanical plot seed drill whose seed metering device is cone canvas and complete the relevant electronic control system research.Moreover,designs a small,single-row,self-propelled plot seed drill to meet the needs of breeding experiments in mountainous and hilly areas.The study mainly completed the following research work:1.By referring to the relevant literature and practical research,study the working principle and working process of the plot seeder,analyze the problems of the pure mechanical plot seeder,and put forward the overall design scheme based on the working requirements of the plot seeder.2.Improve the structure of the imported Rowseed-1R plot seeder.3.Aiming at the problem that the rotation speed of the seed metering device driven by the ground wheel can not match the moving speed of the body in real time in the traditional mechanical seeder,a set of electronic control system of the seed metering device is designed based on DSP chip control and step motor drive.4.Select and build the hardware part of the seed metering device electronic control system,design the relevant circuit diagram;compile and debug the DSP program and the serial port screen display program for the software part.5.In order to prove the program design is correct,the subject carry out Simulink Simulation in 4 kinds of working conditions,including 5 m,10 m,15 m,and 20 m.6.Build the indoor test platform to simulate the working condition of the plot seed drill in 1.5 km/h,2.0 km/h,2.5 km/h,3.0 km/h,and test the actual operation effect of the seed metering device electric control system.Then improved the problems reflected in the test results.Research shows that the electric control system of the seed metering device can adjust the rotation speed of the seed metering device in real time according to the current traveling speed of the seeder,so as to realize uniform seed metering.And it can be seen from the test data that under the four simulated working speeds,the maximum speed measurement error of the body speed measurement program is less than 0.5%,the maximum error of the seed metering device angle control is 0.03%,and the maximum error angle is 0.108 °,which meets the use needs...
