| Plot Breeding in plays an important role in breeding high quality crop seeds.Artificial breeding and mechanized breeding are two main ways of breeding at home and abroad.In the view of the defects of foreign plot seeders such as replacing parts difficultly,high price and high cost of driver training,they can not be adapt to the breeding conditions in China.In this paper,the design is based on solving the problems of traditional artificial low breeding efficiency,high labor intensity,low precision of breeding,poor stability of validity and so on.The design set up a kind of seeder device and technology research based on the China plot breeding conditions.The paper completes the main research content and task are as follows:(1)The physical parameters of test soybean were measured and analyzed,such as hundred-grain weight,percentage of moisture,equivalent diameter and spherical rate,and some other mechanical characteristics and contact materials parameters were realized from other references.(2)A kind of plot seeder based on the belt type was designed and researched.Including its overall structure design,working principle and process analysis and so on.Making sure the seeding belt structural parameters,seeding cell parameters and the design of cleaning device,protection device and other components.(3)The kinematics and dynamics analysis of seed filling,seed cleaning,seed protection and seed casting are carried out.The key structural parameters of the seeding device are determined,including the seed filling conditions,the critical filling speed,the position of the cleaning brush,the cleaning condition,the area of the seed protection and casting position and so on.With the 3D modeling of Solidworks,the design rationality is verified by EDEM.(4)The seed broken rate and seeder performance factors are researched by the tests.Through STB-700 seeding analysis and experiment platform,A single factor test and orthogonal test about the soybean broken rate are carried out,the test results shows:The main factors that affecting the seed broken rate are the belt speed,the seeder slope angel and the cell bottom diameter.Then,the seeder performance tests are carried out,the test results shows:In order to realize a relatively stable and efficient seeding performance,the speed range of the seeding belt is 25r/min~35r/min,the angle range of the seed metering device is-10°~10° and the range of the bottom circle diameter of the type hole is 7.2mm~7.8mm. |
