In order to enrich the male sterile lines of Brassica campestris and round-leaf varieties in Chinese cabbage crops,the multiple allele inherited male sterile line of Chinese cabbage nuclear gene 'Qi 2' was used as the sterile source.Methods: Sterile genic male sterile lines were bred from Chinese cabbage cultivars 'Hexin' and 'Ever-Green',and male sterile lines of'Hexin' and 'Ever-Green' were bred.Gene male sterility line '019' was the source of sterility.The genic male sterility genes were transferred to Chinese cabbage cultivars 'Green 702Late-maturing' and 'Jinhui 611'.Male sterile lines.The main findings are as follows:1.The cabbage genic male sterile line 'Qi 2' was used as the sterility source,and the cabbage heart inbred lines 'Hexin' and 'Ever-Green' were the target lines for transfer.Consecutive backcrossing,transfer of dual-use materials and maintainer materials with similar horticultural characteristics to recurrent parents,and formulate 'Hexin' and 'Ever-Green' with100% sterility and 100% sterility Nuclear male sterility lines 'GMS19XS-2','GMS19SJ-4'.2.The male sterile line '019' of Brassica napus L.was used as the sterility source,and the excellent inbred lines of Brassica napus 'Green 702 Late-maturing' and 'Jinhui 611' were the target lines for transfer.Continuous backcrossing,transfer of dual-use materials and maintainer materials with horticultural traits similar to those of the target lines 'Green 702Late-maturing' and 'Jinhui 611',with 100% sterile plant rate and 100% sterile Degrees of'Green 702 Late-maturing' and 'Jinhui 611' male sterile lines 'GMS19JW-4' and 'GMS19JH-2'.3.Using the newly prepared male sterile lines of'Houxin' and'Shiqing green' nuclear genes,the hybrid combinations were prepared with 10 excellent inbred lines.4.Using the male sterile lines of the nuclear genes of the male sterile lines of "oil green702 night" and "Jinhui 611",the hybrid combinations were prepared with 10 inbred lines.
