As a new plant protection machine,UAV has the advantages of high efficiency,fast speed and less drift.In recent years,with the large-scale application of agricultural plant protection UAV,the operation quality of UAV has attracted people’s attention.The detection of UAV spray performance has become an important problem,and the research and development of UAV performance test device is imminent.On the basis of analyzing the research status of spray performance testing test-bed and spraying test target and testing technology at home and abroad,this paper proposes to build a test platform for UAV spraying.The method of combining field and indoor tests was used to test the spraying effect of the spraying machine during operation,and the spraying effect of the UAV spraying platform was analyzed and tested during the test to improve the spraying effect and operation quality of the spraying machine.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Test requirements and overall scheme design of UAV spray test platform.Based on the investigation of plant protection and pesticide application machinery,the parameter requirements,performance requirements and test indicators of UAV spray test platform are determined in turn by referring to the test methods of pesticide application machinery and relevant national standards,and the overall scheme design of the test platform is determined according to the design requirements.2.Structure design and simulation analysis of UAV spray testing platform.According to the design requirements of UAV spray test platform and the whole structure of the device to be tested,the overall structure and working principle of the test platform are determined,and the overall structure is modeled with 3D Software Solidworks,and the key parts of the 3D model are statically analyzed with ANSYS finite element analysis software to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.3.Design of control system for UAV spray testing platform.According to the analysis of the control requirements,the HMI and PLC control technology are used to realize the control function,and the hardware and software program of the control system are designed.The hardware of the control system includes the controller,servo motor,driver,touch screen and other hardware equipment;the software of the control system includes the control circuit diagram and flow chart,PLC control program,and the man-machine interface of the control system.4.Test of UAV spray test platform.Taking the moving speed and spraying height of UAV test platform as the influencing factors,and the uniformity and penetration of droplets as the test indexes,the single factor statistical test was used to test the spraying effect of UAV test platform,and the regression model of test indexes was established;the analysis of test results showed that the uniformity and penetration of droplets were the best under the moving speed of 1.5m/s and spraying height of 1.4m.5.Test accuracy verification of UAV spray test platform.In order to verify the accuracy of the UAV test platform for spraying effect detection,it is compared with the actual spraying effect of UAV field.The results show that the error percentage between the test platform and the field data is mainly 20%-30%.The accuracy of the test platform is relatively low.The UAV spray test platform needs to be further improved to improve the accuracy of the UAV spray effect detection.
