In this paper,Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu introduced from Yili area of Xinjiang to Kazuo County of Liaoning Province is taken as the research object.Seedling growth, photosynthetic physiology, cold resistance physiology and other indicators are observed, and then the adaptability of introduction is evaluated,in order to provide theoretical basis for Xinjiang Wild apricot germplasm resources conservation and fine type selection. The main results are as follows:The growth of Xinjiang Wild apricot reached the peak in June and July, and tended to be flat in August. The annual growth of seedling height and ground diameter was higher than CK,and that of clone was lower than CK.The sprouting period of leaf bud of Xinjiang Wild apricot was 1~5 days later than CK,the defoliation period was 8~15 days later than CK,the growth period of family was 2~10 days longer than clone and 3~11 days longer than CK.The monthly growth of seedling height and ground diameter was positively and significantly correlated with temperature and light, and the germination stage, the peak stage and the end stage of leaf bud were significantly correlated with temperature.According to the comprehensive evaluation,14 families such as 973 and 5 clones such as J941 have better adaptability at seedling stage. The net photosynthetic rate of Xinjiang Wild apricot has both single peak curve and double peak curve in different months, and there is a phenomenon of "photosynthetic noon break".In July,August and September, the net photosynthetic rate of the clones showed a single peak, double peak and single peak daily change pattern;in families,it showed two peak, double peak and single peak changes;the peak of net photosynthetic rate appeared at 8:00 ~ 10:00 and 14:00 respectively. The diurnal pattern of transpiration rate in different months was consistent with that of net photosynthetic rate, and the diurnal pattern of stomatal conductance was dominated by single peak curve. The mean value of photosynthetic indexes in August was the highest, and that of clones J907 and 930 was higher than CK.Net photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, while ground diameter growth was positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate. The xylem ratio, bark ratio and cortex ratio of one-year branches of Xinjiang Wild apricot clones can be used as important anatomical structure indexes for the identification of lignification degree and cold resistance. The degree of lignification of clone was higher than CK,and that of family was higher than CK4 and lower than CK3.The change of electrical conductivity under low temperature stress showed an "s" type rising curve, with a large increase in-30~-35℃.LT50 of clones and families were higher The comprehensive evaluation results of cold resistance showed that clones were higher than CK,families were higher than CK4 and lower than CK3.The germplasms with strong cold resistance were screened out, including clones J907,J923,J902 and families 953,935 and 949.
