Rice-crab intercropping mode The use of inter-species interactions to cultivate Chinese mitten crabs while planting rice is a symbiotic symbiosis,which is one of the important ricefish comprehensive cultivation modes in China.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the rice-crab cooperative mode,there is an urgent need for Chinese mitten crab species suitable for paddy farming.At the same time,due to the lack of theoretical guidance,the ricecrab cooperative mode lacks stability and the basic theoretical research on production advantages lags behind practical applications..In this paper,three different treatments were set up in Panjin Dawa area in 2019: rice and large-eyed larvae(RC1 treatment),rice and firstyear crab species(RC2 treatment),and rice monoculture(CK treatment).The changes in the population of the gray planthopper were investigated,and the predatory stress effects of the Chinese mitten crab on the gray planthopper were investigated through laboratory simulation experiments.At the same time,the predatory function of the Chinese mitten crab was studied by using a predatory functional response model.The changes in the population number,spatial distribution,antioxidant enzyme activity of the gray planthopper under the influence of the Chinese mitten crab,and the effects of genetic factors on the ability of the Chinese mitten crab to feed on the gray planthopper.Get the following results:The occurrence density of gray planthoppers in both RC1 and RC2 rice and crab cooperation modes was significantly lower than that of CK treatment,especially when the density of gray planthoppers was higher.Annual averages)decreased by% respectively;the average yields of rice treated with RC1,RC2,and CK were respectively,and the rice yields of RC1 treated and CK treated were significantly different.The results showed that the rice-crab co-operation mode had a good control effect on the occurrence of rice planthopper,and improved the system productivity and rice yield.The predatory stress of Eriocheir sinensis has an effect on the spatial distribution and antioxidant enzyme activities of the planthopper.Compared with the control group,the stress planter 's position on rice is significantly increased and it tends to move in the upper part of the plant.POD,catalase(CAT),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in three planthoppers were detected.It was found that peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutation in the stress group Enzyme(SOD)activity was higher than that of the control group at most time points.The results showed that gray planthoppers could feel the predatory stress of Chinese mitten crab and be affected by predatory risk in behavior,physiology and other aspects.By constructing a predatory functional response model,it was found that the functional response of the three Chinese mitten crabs to gray planthoppers was type ?,and there was a significant difference in the ability to feed gray planthoppers among the families.The predatory ability was A family> C family> B family;The functional responses are: Ne = N0(1-exp(0.053N0(0.030Ne-T))),Ne = N0(1-exp(0.031N0(0.043Ne-T))),and Ne = N0(1-exp(0.050N0(0.060Ne-T)));attack coefficients are: 0.053 ± 0.012,0.031 ± 0.0053,and 0.050 ± 0.016;disposal times are: 0.030 ± 0.0018,0.043 ± 0.0022,0.060 ± 0.0041;in addition,China The search effect of Eriocheir sinensis on the gray planthopper increased first and then decreased with the increase of the density of the gray planthopper.Under the same density of the gray planthopper,the search effect of the Chinese mitten crab of A family was higher than that of the B and C family.The results showed that the Chinese mitten crab has a predatory effect on the gray planthopper,and its predatory ability is affected by genetic factors.This study explored the control effect and control mechanism of Eriocheir sinensis against gray planthoppers.At the same time,it explored the ability of Eriocheir sinensis to feed on gray planthoppers from the perspective of genetic factors,in order to analyze the production advantages of rice and crab comprehensive breeding models and the suitable breeding The Chinese mitten crab species cultured in paddy fields provide a theoretical basis.
