The plant factory relies on computers and sensing equipment to monitor and reasonably control plant growth environments within the factory.In this way,the utilization of land can be fully enhanced,ensuring that agricultural production can achieve higher yields and better scientific and technological content,so that plants can have the best growth environment during the growth process to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.However,due to the problems of traditional cable collection,such as cumbersome wiring,high maintenance costs,poor portability and high construction cost,plant factories are faced with many difficulties in formal production and overall arrangement construction.The monitoring and control of the internal environment of plant factories is an important part of the development of plant factories.Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,illumination,and soil conditions in plant factories pose many influences on plant growth.This article analyzes the development status of plant factories at home and abroad,and designs a plant environment monitoring system based on ZigBee and Web server based on the characteristics of plant factories and combining wireless communication technology and computer network communication technology.The real-time monitoring and management of temperature and humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration,and soil conditions enabled remote monitoring of plant factories.The main contents are as follows:(1)Combined with ZigBee technology,the overall scheme and hardware design of the plant factory environmental monitoring system.ZigBee-based plant factory environmental monitoring hardware system,including ZigBee terminal node,ZigBee coordinator node,monitoring center,etc.,was designed with appropriate components and sensors.The terminal node mainly collects environmental data in the plant factory and sends it to the coordinator node through the ZigBee wireless network,receives the control command sent by the coordinator node and executes it.The ZigBee node includes a core circuit,a power supply circuit,an RS485 interface circuit,a control circuit,etc.,and performs PCB board design and system debugging according to the designed circuit.The coordinator is used to receive and send information and instructions,which saves resources and reduces field wiring inside the plant factory,making the system more portable.(2)Based on the IAR Embedded Workbench environment and C language to complete the software design and development of ZigBee modules,the Modbus protocol is used to design the data frame format of the system to transmit data and instructions,and the Z-Stack protocol stack is combined with the Modbus protocol.Conducive to improve the system's expansion performance.(3)The Web server based on B/S(browser/server)design allows users to view and control the internal conditions of the plant factory.Compared with the C/S(client/server)architecture design,the design can be more convenient and quicker.Maintenance,user access is also faster.The design plan includes the use of the B/S system structure,the design pattern is MVC,and development is performed using the Java language.The technology involved in setting up the server is also briefly introduced.It introduces the communication realization of the system from the field layer to the monitoring layer and the specific implementation flow of each module of the system.It designed the system database based on MySQL,and use the Hibernate framework to connect,to achieve efficient storage and access of data.The access interface is designed based on HTTP to facilitate the user's browsing and access.Users can view the data at the PC finally.(4)Test and analysis of plant factory monitoring system.The ZigBee networking is configured with parameters and functions.The ZigBee transmission performance is tested.The test results show that ZigBee has a low packet loss rate and stable operation at a certain transmission rate and distance,meeting the design requirements.In the small plant factory,the temperature collected by the multi-node is counted,and the stability and reliability of the plant factory monitoring system are tested.The test results show that the system software and hardware work well and the multi-node transmission is stable.
