In recent years,world population increases constantly.However,the cultivated acreage decreases constantly.How to coordinate the conflict between the increasing material demand and the constant decreasing of the cultivated area becomes a key to solve the problem.At present,the science and technology develops rapidly.The plant factory produced by combining with big data,cloud platform,and intelligent agriculture can realize multi-layer three-dimensional cultivation.Large-scale production of pollution-free crop and anti-season green vegetables has become an important approach to solve the above conflict.In order to realize the quantified and normalized production of continuously high-quality crop within a period,the development on plant factory management system has become the focus of the research.Humiture,illumination and the concentration of carbon dioxide are the key factors of affecting the growth of plant Thinking of the unique feature ofplant factor,the paper designs a hardware platform of plant factory management system by combining with the embedded technology,wireless communication technology and cloud platform technology.It realizes the collection,storage and control of environmental factor parameters.And,it can realize the constant illuminance dimming of system through PWM dimming technology based on PID control algorithm.Meanwhile,the paper develops a system application software platform,which realizes the real-time monitoring and control of the environmental parameters of the plant factory through long-distance clientThe main working content of this paper includes the analysis and deployment of the overall program of the system by combining with the practical demand of the plant factory intelligent management The main control chip of hardware circuit selects STM32 as well as combining with communication module,sensor module,LCD module,camera module and LED driving source module of ESP8266 network to develop the demo board of hardware circuit and realize the hardware integration of the whole system.The paper develops the drive software for the underlying hardware.By combining with TCP/IP protocol,the paper realizes the collection,transmission and regulation of environmental factor data,as well as selecting OV7670 image sensor to develop image acquisition system,and thus realizes the real-time video monitoring of the crop growth state in the plant factory.The paper erects cloud platform server.By combining wireless communication technology,it realizes the long-distance collection and regulation of crop growth environment parameters and gets rid of the malpractice of traditional monitoring system that the transmission distance is short.Meanwhile,the paper combines the database development to store the real-time monitored data to the cloud permanently,which is convenient for the technicians to look up and analyze the data.Based on Android and C#technology,the paper develops the system application software platform,which realizes the monitoring and regulation of the planting environment parameters of the plant factory through mobile client and PC client at any time and any where.In addition,the paper realizes the unmanned management of plant factory preliminarily through combining with the planting environment monitoring platform.Specific to the intelligent management requirement of the plant factory,the paper develops a complete software and hardware platform,which realizes the intelligent and centralized management of plant factory.The overall tests indicate that various performances of the system have reached the design requirement and have high reliability and low cost,which can meet the actual demand of the production.The system can reduce the labor intensity of the technicians.Meanwhile,it can enhance the production quality and production efficiency of the crops and provides guarantee for the quantified and normalized production of the high-quality crops.
