| Operation is the most effective way to treat some diseases in the clinical practice of small animals.The safety of general anesthesia is the key to ensure the smooth progress of surgical treatment and effective recovery of diseases and reduce complications.At present,there are many kinds of anesthetics and balanced anesthesia programs for small animals.But the central system inhibition caused by anesthesia and the adverse effects of anesthetics still bring risks to the immature small animal anesthesia process.At the same time,the changes of blood fluidity and viscosity during general anesthesia affect the blood flow of peripheral vein,which increase the possibility of perioperative thrombosis.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new method of promoting the rapid recovery of anesthetized animals,improving the indexes in the recovery process and improving the hemorheology indexes of anesthetized animals.In this paper,the Huiyang nine points was used in dogs(include experimental dogs and clinical dogs)under general anesthesia.The recovery time,heart rate,noninvasive blood pressure,respiratory rate,oxygen saturation,end expiratory carbon dioxide concentration,body temperature in recovery process and when the dogs awaked,and perioperative hemorheology indexes between acupuncture group and control group were compared to explore the effect of Huiyang nine points on the recovery time,recovery physical signs and blood pressure rheology of dogs under general anesthesia.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The recovery time of dogs under general anesthesia was shortened by acupuncturing Huiyang nine points.In the experimental dogs,the recovery time of spontaneous respiration in the acupuncture group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The recovery time of swallowing reflex and the first time of raising head was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical dogs,the recovery time of swallowing reflex and the first time of raising head in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Huiyang nine points improved the physical signs of dogs in the process of recovery and recovery.In the experimental dogs,the interaction effect between acupuncture group and control group was significant(P<0.05)at the time points of recovery process center rate,blood oxygen saturation,end expiratory carbon dioxide concentration and body temperature.The heart rate and body temperature of acupuncture group decreased more slowly with time than that of the control group.The change trend of the end carbon dioxide concentration was also better than that of the control group.Heart rate and body temperature in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical dogs,the heart rate in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group when they recover(P<0.05).3.Huiyang nine points improved the perioperative period hemorheology indexes of dogs during general anesthesia.In the experimental dogs,the decrease degree of multiple hemorheology indexes before and after anesthesia in the acupuncture group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).So were the clinical dogs.The indexes of hemorheology in the acupuncture group increased to a certain extent at 24 hours after operation,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).While the indexes of hemorheology in the control group increased significantly at 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The results show that Huiyang nine points can shorten the recovery time and promote the recovery of dogs under general anesthesia.It can also regulate the heart rate,body temperature and respiratory function of dogs during the recovery process and recovery,which improves recovery quality.Huiyang nine points can improve the blood viscosity of dogs before and after general anesthesia.which is helpful to prevent the formation of perioperative thrombus. |
