In recent years,due to the rapid development of agriculture,paddy field plant protection machine has been widely used in domestic agricultural sector.The plant protection machine is a large and high-end agricultural equipment,which is mainly used for high-efficiency and precise plant protection operations of various crops,greatly improving work efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of farmers.Generally,when the plant protection machine is running on dry land,it is not easy to slip due to high road adhesion coefficient,while the paddy field is muddy water mixed environment,so the driving environment is complex.In the process of plant protection operation,the paddy field plant protection machine is prone to slip,sink and even unable to walk,which greatly reduces the operation efficiency.In this paper,according to the national key R & D project-paddy field self-propelled chassis power distribution system and working condition monitoring system,the existing four-wheel drive paddy field plant protection machine is taken as the research object,in view of the skid phenomenon of the plant protection machine in paddy field due to the low adhesion rate of the field road,the machine driven system of the four-wheel drive paddy field plant protection machine chassis is reformed,a practical power distribution system is developed,and a new power distribution scheme is proposed,which can effectively solve the excessive sliding problem of paddy field plant protection machine,thus improving the driving performance of the whole machine.According to the characteristics of the harsh environment of paddy fields,this paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)The research status of chassis transmission characteristics and power distribution technology of plant protection machines at home and abroad is analyzed,the power distribution plan of paddy field plant protection machines is proposed based on its operating conditions.(2)The traditional principle of the chassis transmission system of the ordinary self-propelled paddy field plant protection machine is analyzed,and on this basis,the original mechanical traditional structure improvement design of the ordinary self-propelled paddy field plant protection machine chassis transmission system is proposed by combining the paddy field working environment and the dynamic characteristics of the driving mechanism,as well as the key parts are trial produced and installed.(3)Analyzed the reasons for the wheel slipping when the plant protection machine was working,and studied the driving force distribution control strategy of the paddy field plant protection machine,then proposed a set of power distribution control strategy.(4)A power distribution and driving condition monitoring system of a paddy field plant protection machine was developed,and a software and hardware control system platform was built and tested.(5)The optimized design of the chassis of plant protection machine is tested,which can greatly prevent the slipping and improve the driving performance of the whole machine.
