With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the process of urbanization, the degree of agricultural mechanization has been improved continuously. The demand for agricultural machinery has been increasing year by year. The total power of agricultural machinery has also been continuously improved and fuel consumptio n is also increasing. But the use of machine tools and machine power o ften can not reasonably match, which results in power chassis internal combustion engine load rate is lowin practice. To encourage the promotion of efficient, energy saving, environmental protection, economic modern agricultural machinery has become the main goal of C hina's agricultural development. When the agricultural chassis is running, the load rate of the internal combustion engine is low,and the load rate of the internal combustion engine directly affects the fuel consumption rate of the power chassis. Therefore, the power consumption of the power chassis drive shaft is monitored in real time, which is of great significance to theresearch of dynamic matching.Through the analysis of various speed methods, this paper combined with the actualsituation of agricultural work chassis, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various sensors, developed a distributed wireless speed test system. On this basis, combined with GPS velocity measurement technology,we designed a tractor slip rate detection system, and analyzed the relationship between the wheel speed and the wheel slip rate. Then, when the principle and methods of torque measurement were compared and analyzed,a wireless torque measuring system was developed, which could realize the real-time monitoring of the power consumption of the chassis drive wheel. In addition, the relationship between the running power consumption of the chassis and the slew rate of the driving wheel was analyzed in this paper.
