Aquatic vegetables are characteristic vegetables in China.Lotus root and Zizania latifolia are the largest aquatic vegetables cultivated in China.At present,there are some phenomena in the process of aquatic vegetable planting,such as tedious fertilization,excessive fertilization,partial application of nitrogen fertilizer,and no increase in fertilizer efficiency.At present,the research on aquatic vegetable mainly focuses on the aquatic vegetable extract and medical health care,while the research on the cultivation mode and fertilization technology of aquatic vegetable is relatively weak.In order to solve these problems,the effects of different volume ratio of coconut bran composite matrix on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Zizania latifolia seedlings were determined,including common soil?CK?;coarse coconut bran?T1?;V coarse coconut bran:V perlite=3:1?T2?;fine coconut bran?T3?;V fine coconut chaff:V perlite=3:1?T4?.The culture medium of seedlings.Secondly,slow-release fertilizers with different ratios of N,P and K were used as the treatment:common compound fertilizer N:P2O5:K2O=15:15:15?CK?,five kinds of slow-release fertilizers:N:P2O5:K2O=16:12:20?T1?,N:P2O5:K2O=17:17:17?T2?,N:P2O5:K2O=18:10:18?T3?,N:P2O5:K2O=25:12:15?T4?,N:P2O5:K2O=26:12:10?T5?,and their effects on growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of two aquatic vegetables were studied.The suitable ratio of slow-release fertilizer for lotus root and Zizania latifolia was selected.The conclusions are as follows:1.The results of substrate experiment showed that coconut bran and its composite substrates were suitable for the growth of Zizania latifolia seedlings.The net photosynthetic rate of T2 and T4 treatment was better than that of T1 and T3treatment.The chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of water bamboo in T2 treatment were better than those in other treatments,and the dry and fresh quality of Zizania latifolia plants in T2 treatment was also better than that in other treatments.Therefore,T2 treatment is more suitable for the cultivation of Zizania latifolia seedlings.2.The results showed that the 5 kinds of slow-release fertilizers are all suitable for the growth of Azania defoliation.T4 treatment increased the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of Zizania latifolia,and the net photosynthetic rate and yield index were better than other treatments.The results showed that T4treatment was better than other treatments,and it could be used as a recommended slow-release fertilizer ratio in Zizania latifolia cultivation.3.The results showed that the five slow release fertilizers were also suitable for lotus root growth.The growth index of T5 treatment was better than the other treatments,However,T3 treatment improved the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of lotus root,and the yield and quality indexes of T3 treatment were superior to those of other treatments.The comprehensive performance showed that T3 treatment was more suitable as the recommended slow-release fertilizer ratio in lotus root planting.
