Analysis On All Death Causes Of Residents In Chengguan District Of Lanzhou From 2010 To 2012

Objective:To understand actualities and characteristics of death,the cause of death and its associated factors in Chengguan district,through the analysis all cause-of-death information and population information of residents in Chengguan district,Lanzhou city from 2010 to 2012.Figuring out the residents' main cause of death,the major diseases which caused health burden,its associated natural and social factors.To provide a reference basis for the local government and the administrative department of health to make a social development planning and optimize the allocation of health resources.Methods:Collecting residents' cause-of-death information and social demographic data from 2010 to 2012 in Chengguan district Lanzhou city.using the indicators such as mortality rate,sequence of the cause of death,years of potential life lost and population composition,the application of EXCEL,SAS9.1 software for data description,used statistical methods,such as more groups constitute than card party inspection,multiple correspondence analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis,researching the main cause of disease,burden of disease and associated factors.Results:(1)The death surveillance system monitored 7333 people death from 2010 to 2012 of Chengguan district,the annual crude mortality of 194.90/100000,and standardized mortality rate of 183.47/100000.(2)The proportion of 65 and older age groups is between 9.38%?10.20%in Chengguan district.The area has entered aging society.(3)The death cause sequence of top four diseases:circulatory system disease(39.89%),tumor(20.37%),respiratory system diseases(10.91%),injury(9.78%).The top four diseases in total accounted for 80.95%of all deaths;The circulatory system diseases and tumor combined accounted for 60.26%.(4)Death rank top 5 disease of single diseases in the order:acute myocardial infarction(8.77%),traffic accident(5.85%),lung cancer(8.47%),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(4.21%),pneumonia(8.18%).(5)Analysing the death cause of 2925 cases of circulation system,the coronary heart disease accounted for 48.24%,primary hypertension disease accounted for 20.89%.(6)The top 3 malignant tumors:digestive malignant tumor(44.51%),respiratory organs and chest cavity malignant tumor(22.29%),malignant tumour of the lymphatic hematopoietic and relevant organizations(9.10%),total accounted for 75.9%of all malignant tumor cases.(7)The analysis of all people death causes showed that the injury accounted for 9.78%,traffic accidents ranked the first place,accounting for 59.83%;Injury had a greater influence on potential years of life lost(PYLL)of the male(35 to 45 years old)and female(25?35 years old)young and middle-aged people.(8)The cause analysis of 193 cases of infectious diseases found that hepatitis b and c virus infection in 82 cases,accounting for 58.99%.(9)Potential years total life lost(pyll),The most harmful cause of death of men is injury,and cancer for women;Potential years per capita life lost(pyll),as shown in the highest degree in hurt the cause of the harm to individuals in the crowd.(10)as shown in the total potential job loss in circulation system the cause of the harm of male labor population is highest,the highest degree in tumor death to the harm of female workforce;Shown in potential job losses per year,injury was the highest degree in the cause of the harm of population individuals.(11)Multiple correspondence analysis factor loading diagram showed that lower age might be associated with death cause of harm;Higher age might associated with death cause of circulation system diseases and respiratory system diseases;While women might associated with death cause of cancer,digestive system diseases.(12)Technical cadres,civil servants and intellectuals with higher education,whose death cause might be associated with tumor,respiratory system diseases.Lower degree of education,manual labor occupations associated with circulatory problems.Conclusions:Chengguan district of Lanzhou city is an aging society.The government should take appropriate measures to cope with the problems.The all death causes of Chengguan residents mainly constitute circulatory system disease,tumor,respiratory system disease,injury and other Non-communicable Chronic Diseases.The governments and health departments should pay attention to the education of chronic diseases and injuries of health and adopt behavioral intervention measures,try hard to reduce the incidence of chronic diseases and injuries,morbidity and mortality.In order to ensure the people's life safety and health,The government should Attach importance to the public health and increase the related investment,improve residents' health care consciousness.
