Objective:To find out a suitable movement for pre-diabetes populations and provide theoretical basis for community diabetics,we compare differences and advantages between three kinds of excises(resistance exercise, aerobic exercise and resistance combined with aerobic exercise)in affecting the metabolic indexes of pre-diabetes populations by analyzing their effect in changing pre-diabetes population's indexes which including the blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, lipids, blood pressure, body mass index,waist-hip ratio, blood glucose outcome rate and incidence of diabetes.Methods:180 cases of pre-diabetes which met the diagnostic criteria and were willing to participate in the research were screened, and then were randomly and equally divided into resistance combined with aerobic exercise, resistance exercise group, aerobic exercise group and control group.154 cases finished the follow-up visit and 16 cases dropped out eventually. The finished participants were 39 cases in resistance combined with aerobic exercise group,38 cases in resistance group,39 cases in aerobic exercise group and 39 cases in control group. Then we observed and compared the indexes(which including fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),blood pressure, body mass index(BMI),waist-hip ratio, blood sugar changes outcome rates and the incidence of diabetes)of those four groups of pre-diabetic population.Using SPSS 16.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis and p<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results:Indexes among the four groups had not statistical significance before interventions(p>0.05)but then changed after that.Indexes(FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL,BMI,waist-hip ratio, blood pressure)of the exercise group(resistance combined with aerobic exercise group, resistance exercise group, aerobic exercise group)was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05)and HDL was higher(p<0.05)after interventions;blood glucose..,outcome rate of participants in combined exercise group and resistance exercise group was higher(p<0.05)than that of control group.Comparation between the aerobic exercise group and the control group had no significant difference(p>0.05).Comparations among exercise groups after interventions for three months were showed following:2hPBG of participants in the resistance exercise group was lower than that of the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05);joint motion group's HbA1c was lower than that of the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05).Other indicators of participants showed no statistically significant among all exercise groups(p>0.05).After 6 months' intervention,FBG and 2hPBG of subjects in the resistance combined with aerobic exercise group and the resistance exercise group was lower than that in the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05);while HbA1c of subjects in the resistance combined with aerobic exercise group was lower than the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group;HbA1c and LDL of participants in the resistance exercise group was lower than that in the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05).12 months later, four indexes(FBG,2hPBG,HbAlc and TG)of the participants in the resistance combined with aerobic exercise group showed low level than the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05);two indicators(HbA1c and systolic blood pressure)of the participants in the resistance exercise group were lower than the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05);WHR of subjects in the joint exercise group and the resistance exercise group was lower than aerobic exercise group(p<0.05);blood glucose outcomes of subjects in the joint motion group was higher than that in the aerobic exercise group(p<0.05),while BMI was lower(p<0.05).There was no significant difference(p>0.05)between the combined motion group and the resistance movement group.HDL of participants in the aerobic exercise group was higher than that of resistance exercise group(p<0.05),and other indicators show no statistically difference among groups(p>0.05).Metabolic indexes of subjects in each groups before and after the intervention are showing like that:indexes(FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL,blood pressure,BMI,waist to hip ratio)of participants in the exercise group were lower after intervention(p<0.05),while HDL and high glycemic outcomes were higher than that before intervention(p<0.05).2hPBG of subjects in the control group decrease(p<0.05)after intervention, while other factors(the rate of blood glucose outcomes,LDL,systolic blood pressure)were higher than that before intervention(p<0.05).Other indicators show no statistically difference among groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:(i)resistance combined with aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and aerobic exercise both can improve metabolic parameters of pre-diabetes population and increase their blood glucose outcomes;(ii)resistance exercise is better than resistance combined with aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise in the short term exercise intervention(3 months),which mainly reflected in controlling 2hPBG;(iii)a resistance combined with aerobic exercise was better than a single resistance exercise and aerobic exercise in improving pre-diabetes population's indexes(FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,TG,LDL,BMI)and blood sugar conversion rate for long-term intervention(more than 6 months);(iv)the resistance combined with aerobic exercise is more suitable for pre-diabetes population compared to other sports and is worth of promoting.
