Objective:Through aerobic exercise and aerobic combined anti-impedance exercise intervention in patients with coronary heart disease to observe changes in heart and lung function and quality of life indicators in patients with coronary heart disease,in order to understand the effects of aerobic exercise and aerobic combined coronary heart disease, the two The application of exercise methods in cardiac rehabilitation provides corresponding experimental evidence. Methods: 63 subjects who met the requirements were randomly assigned to control group(A group),aerobic exercise group(B group)and aerobic joint resistance exercise group(C group). In group A,no exercise intervention was performed, group B was subjected to aerobic exercise intervention, and group C was subjected to aerobic and anti-resistance exercise interventions, the intervention lasted 12 weeks. The exercise cardiopulmonary test indexes and the Health Survey Profile(SF-36)scores were compared between the three groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:(1)Cardiopulmonary indicators of exercise: 12 weeks after exercise training, the maximum exercise time(T),maximum oxygen uptake, peak oxygen consumption, maximum metabolic equivalent, and maximum heart rate in group B and C were significantly higher than those before the intervention, there was also a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Oxygen pulse group C than the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).The maximum movement time of group C and the maximum oxygen uptake kg were significantly different(P <0.05)than that of group B,peak oxygen consumption, the maximum metabolic equivalents, maximum heart rate and the maximum oxygen pulse than aerobic exercise group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Health Survey Profile(SF-36): After 12 weeks of exercise training intervention, the dimensions of SF-36 in the B-group and C-group were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in the control group and before intervention. There were statistical differences(P>0.05)between group C on physiological function, overall health, and vitality compared with group B,Physical function, social functioning, bodily pain, mental health and emotional functions of the five dimensions was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)compared with group B.Research conclusions:(1)Significant improvements in aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise were observed in improving cardiopulmonary function and SF-36 in patients with coronary heart disease.Cardiopulmonary function mainly in the maximum exercise time, peak oxygen consumption per kilogram of peak oxygen uptake, peak metabolic equivalents and maximal heart rate were significantly improved,SF-36 has a significant increase in all dimensions.(2)In the improvement of cardiopulmonary function and SF-36 in patients with coronary heart disease, aerobic combined resistance exercise is obviously better than simple aerobic exercise. In terms of cardiopulmonary function, aerobic combined resistance exercise is better than the simple aerobic exercise in the maximum exercise time and the oxygen uptake of kilogram in patients with coronary heart disease, for SF-36,aerobic combined resistance exercise is superior to simple aerobic exercise in improving physiological functions, overall health and vitality.
