With the improvement of living conditions,cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure is gradually becoming an important factor which damages people’s health.At the same time,the blood pressure show obvious fluctuations when simulated by external factors.As a result,to reduce the damage of high blood pressure to human,continuous detection with scientific methods attracts great attention in medical fields,as a consequence of high research value and application meaning.Although researchers home and abroad have invented many products to detect blood pressure,they have some shortcomings:current commercialized products have no solutions for blood pressure real-time detection,and they can not detect the change of blood pressure and limit the activity scope of human bodies.Although blood detection can be realized based on pulse transit time,related products can not be found in the market.In this thesis,we base our analysis on pulse transit time to detect blood pressure,consider the advantages of wearable devices,and come up with the prototype of blood detection systems based on wearable body sensor network.After that,we complete the design and realization of each individual module,and propose the blood estimation model based on baroreflex.The details are listed as followed:(1)The design and realization of hardware system:we realize the data collection system with MSP430 microprocessor chips,and pinpoint the detection position after experiments.Then we design and realize the hardware system platform based on MSP430 microprocessor chips,complete the system initialization module,synchronization protocol module and data collection module.And these work lays the foundation of further data processing and model checking.(2)The design and realization of data processing:based on initial data,we design and realize the data processing module,including summit checking,pulse transit time computation and heart rate computation.Firstly,we complete the pre-processing of data,and realize the detection of R-peak of ECG and pulse wave summit;Secondly,we complete the computation of pulse transit time and heart rate based on detected peaks.(3)The modification and experimental analysis of blood estimation model:based on the blood model in[22],we analyze the possible problems in this model and establish the blood estimation model based on baroreflex.Then we do analysis with collected data to test the efficiency and robustness,and compare the results with former models.Based on the blood monitor system with body sensor network,we design and realize multiple modules and establish the blood estimation model,thus laying the foundation of continuous blood pressure detection.
