Objective:By collecting data of patients with kidney stones who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy from October 2015 to April 2017,applying the method of logistic regression to study the risk factors of urinary sepsis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. To investigate the relationship between postoperative sepsis and gender, age, related underlying diseases, urinary culture before operation, diameter of stone, history of previous ipsilateral kidney stone surgery, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and other factors. For the occurrence of urinary sepsis provide predictability and improve the safety of surgery.Methods:1.clinical information:The clinical data of 203 patients with routine standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy in Yijishan Hospital affiliated to Wannan Medical College from October 2015 to April 2017 were collected.Inclusion criteria: patients who have been diagnosed with urinary color Doppler ultrasound,KUB,urinary tract CT,etc.,have been diagnosed with standard channel PCNL kidney stones or upper ureteral stones.Exclusion criteria: Patients with tumors in various parts of the body, diseases of the blood system, immunosuppressive agents, etc.,that degrade the function of the immune system;Renal vascular abnormalities, polycystic kidney disease, renal prolapse, horseshoe kidney, ectopic kidney,or renal pelvis Congenital malformations;other infections associated with antibiotics before surgery.2.Collecting index:(1)general situation: age,sex;(2)the preoperative combined basic diseases: hypertension,diabetes;(3)the history of ipsilateral kidney stone surgery;(4)preoperative urine culture:(5)KUB,urinary tract CT scan and intravenous urography:to understand the size, location, number and obstruction of the stone;(6)operation time;(7)Postoperative vital signs: consciousness, heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure;(8)Postoperative blood routine: WBC count, percentage of neutrophils;(9)intraoperative bleeding(Hemoglobin drop after surgery);(10)Postoperative procalcitonin concentration.3.Risk factor assignment:(1)gender: male = 0;female = 1;(2)Age(years): <40 =1,40-60 = 2,> 60 = 3;(3)preoperative hypertension: negative = 0,Positive = 1;(4)Preoperative diabetes mellitus: negative = 0,positive = 1;(5)preoperative urine culture:negative = 0,positive = 1;(6)The operation time(min): ≤90 = 0;> 90 = 1;(7)Previous history of ipsilateral renal calculi: negative = 0,positive = 1;(8)Operation time(min):≤90=0;>90=1;(9)Intraoperative blood loss(ml):...
