The clinical significance of detection of intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with ulcerative colitisGastrointestinal tract is also a new metabolism and immune system. It plays an effective barrier role to endotoxins and bacteria in the intestinal cavity, and prevents invasion of pathogens and prevents the body from being invaded. As a common site of intestinal stress response, severe cases can cause multiple organ dysfunction, intestinal epithelial cells to ischemia and hypoxia, prone to injury of intestinal mucosa, intestinal mucosa epithelial cells in some pathological conditions may necrosis, intestinal mucosal barrier function will be weakened or lost, and then change the permeability of intestinal mucosa the gut bacteria, and related metabolites by intestinal mucosal barrier release into the blood, thereby causing bacterial translocation, promote infection related complications, there will be endotoxemia, also release inflammatory mediators and cytokines, which may occur in systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction.Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory disease occurred in the rectum and colon, intestinal inflammatory reaction occurred and will promote the injury of intestinal epithelial cells, increased in the peripheral blood of two amine oxidase, bacterial endotoxin and D-lactic acid activity, two amine oxidase can damage the intestinal epithelial adhesion reaction,D-reaction of lactic acid intestinal permeability, intestinal bacteria the shift of bacterial endotoxin in blood can be increased,so we use the intestinal barrier function in serum was measured in two patients with ulcerative colitis, monoamine oxidase D-lactic acid and endotoxin in serum and the clinical significance of biochemical analysis system. Objective: The changes and clinical significance of two amine oxidase(DAO),Dlactic acid and endotoxin in serum of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)were observed by intestinal barrier function biochemical analysis system. Methods: From August 2015 to October 2017,20 UC patients(group UC)and 20 healthy volunteers in the same period(control group)were enrolled.Meanwhile,8 patients in group UC were compared with DAO,bacterial endotoxin and D-lactate before and after treatment. All the groups were used to collect the 4ml of the elbow vein blood with the Yellow biochemical tube, the 5min was inserted, the 3000 turn centrifugation was 10 min,and the separation serum was prepared.Group UC was further divided into mild, moderate and severe UC groups according to the severity of the disease.According to the extent of the disease, the group was divided into total colitis group, left colitis group and straight sigmoid colitis group.Combined with the classification of gastrointestinal function injury, the comparison and analysis were made. Results: The levels of DAO,D-and endotoxin in the peripheral blood of UC patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).In group UC,the activity of D-lactate and endotoxin in peripheral blood before treatment was higher than that of the treatment(P < 0.01,P < 0.01).In addition, the levels of DAO and Dlactate in peripheral blood of patients with active UC were correlated with the degree of pathological changes and the extent of lesion, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The determination of serum DAO,D-lactic acid and endotoxin level has certain clinical significance for the evaluation of ulcerative colitis. The clinical significance of detection of intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with acute pancreatitisAcute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease caused by the intracellular activation of proteolytic damage and extravasation of pancreatic and peripancreatic tissues, biliary calculi and alcoholism is the most common cause of acute pancreatitis is a disease with a high mortality rate, can progress to systemic inflammatory response syndrome or sepsis, the incidence of acute pancreatitis after the secondary inflammation of the pancreas, infected pancreatic necrosis and sepsis is the most serious late complications of severe acute pancreatitis, leading to high mortality in patients with acute pancreatitis, this complication is considered to be the result of gastrointestinal bacterial translocation.Acute pancreatitis intestinal mucosal barrier injury, blood DAO,D-,lactic acid bacterial endotoxin can increase the serum of patients with acute pancreatitis,so the intestinal barrier function and biochemical analysis system and related kit determination into group in DAO,D-lactic acid and endotoxin, and research by active rehydration, inhibition of pancreatic secretion related before and after treatment serum DAO,D-and lactic acid bacterial endotoxin changes and to investigate its clinical significance. Objective: The intestinal barrier function and biochemical analysis system and kit determination of changes of serum DAO in patients with acute pancreatitis,D-lactic acid and bacterial endotoxin in serum of patients with acute pancreatitis, and study by comparison in the serum of patients with DAO,D-and lactic acid bacterial endotoxin positive before and after treatment and its clinical significance. Methods: Methods from August 2015 to October 2017,25 AP patients(group AP)and 20 healthy volunteers in the same period(control group)were enrolled.Meanwhile,8patients in group AP were compared with DAO,bacterial endotoxin and D-lactate before and after treatment. The 4ml of the elbow vein blood was extracted from the patients with acute pancreatitis,5min was inserted, the 3000 turn centrifugation was 10 min,and the separation serum was prepared. Results: The levels of DAO,D-and endotoxin in the peripheral blood of AP patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).In group AP,the activity of DAO and D-lactate in peripheral blood before treatment was higher than that of the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The determination of serum DAO,D-lactic acid and endotoxin level has certain clinical significance for the intestinal mucosal barrier function and the evaluation of the condition of the patients with acute pancreatitis.
