Objective The development and application of various new ultrasound techniques and clinical interventional treatment of fetal cardiovascular disease progress,to accurately assess the fetal heart function put forward higher requirements,this study uses a new evaluation parameters Tei index on fetal heart function Conduct an overall assessment.1.Many studies in the past because of anatomical factors can only measure the calculation of left ventricular Tei index,given the advantages of right heart cycle in fetal period,the study of fetal left and right ventricular function were assessed.2.To establish the normal range of Fetal ventricular Tei index in different gestational age to evaluate fetal cardiac function at different developmental stages of gestational age.The fetal heart showed a clear structure in the middle and late gestational stages and its function tended to be mature.Therefore,Tei index of 40-week fetus ventricles.3.Fetal heart chamber volume is small,contractility weak,high frequency of heart rate to maintain the body's circulatory metabolism and organ blood supply,Tei index is the ratio of time to study the analysis of different fetal heart rate ventricular Tei index whether the impact.4.Congenital heart disease and a variety of extra-cardiac malformations,leading to abnormal heart load,cardiac dysfunction,severe cases lead to fetal death,the study compared different causes of abnormal heart load fetal ventricular Tei index and heart load normal fetal ventricular Tei Differences in indices.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the information of prenatal ultrasound examination in our department from September 2016 to December 2017.The fetal mitral,tricuspid,aortic and pulmonary valve blood flow were collected by pulsed Doppler sonography Spectrum information,and measured the heart of the isovolumic contraction time,isovolumic relaxation time and ejection time,the formula used to calculate fetal left and right ventricular Tei index.The fetuses were grouped according to the gestational age every 4 weeks.The Tei index of fetal ventricle in different gestational age groups was studied.The Tei index of ventricles in different gestational age groups was analyzed by univariate analysis.According to the difference of fetal heart rate Divided into 4 groups,using single-factor analysis of variance between the groups were no differences,and use of correlation analysis of fetal heart rate and ventricular Tei index correlation;using two independent samples t test analysis of 41 cases of cardiac load abnormal fetal ventricular Tei index and Cardiac function was compared with normal fetal heart load group.Results 1.The Tei index of left ventricular in 366 normal fetuses was 0.349 ± 0.022,and the Tei index in right ventricle was 0.361 ± 0.021(r = 0.802,p <0.001);2.The gestational age,fetal heart rate and fetal heart rate Tei index had no significant effect;3.Tei index(0.511 ± 0.117)in 41 cases of abnormal heart load fetus was higher than that of normal fetus(0.349 ± 0.022),Tei(0.776 ± 0.090)index in fetus fetus with abnormal load was higher than that of normal fetus Group Tei index of right ventricle(0.361 ± 0.021),there is statistical significance.Conclusions 1.Tei index has the measurement method easy to grasp,the instrument requirements are simple,repetitive,less interference and other characteristics,is an effective assessment of the overall function of fetal heart ultrasound new indicator;2.The value of Tei index had no relation with the size of gestational age(20-40 weeks)and fetal heart rate,the Tei index of fetal left ventricle was 0.349 ± 0.022 and the Tei index of right ventricle was 0.361 ± 0.021 in gestational age from 20 to 40 weeks,And left and right ventricular function is closely linked;3.The Tei index can detect the changes of fetal cardiac function under different pathological conditions sensitively,which is different from the normal fetal ventricular Tei index,which is of great value for the clinical evaluation of fetal cardiac function.
