Objective: To assess left ventricular diastolic function insufficiency in the patient with chronic cardiac insufficiency by Tei index.Method : with Doppler echocartolic measing of EF(left ventricular ejection fraction) and blood flow of mitral orifice[peak early transmitral filling velocity(E),late transmitral filling velocity(A),E/A,the deceleration time of E(DT)];measuring blood flow of pulmonary veina[peak transmitral of systolic phase(S)and relaxation time(D)];measuring of Tei index(isovolumic contraction time +isovolumic relaxation time/ejection time), the control group is E group that included 18 normal subjects, exclude heart and lung disease.patient 60 case, they include ischemic cardiomyopathy 35 case and hypertensive heart diseases 18 case and dilated cardiomyopathy 7 case, grading of NYHA: two gradeing of NYHA 28case ;three grading of NYHA 21case ;four grading of NYHA 11 case they were divided into three groups according to EF<50%and mitral orifice flow velocity profile (E A E/A DT) ,A group (E/A ratio<1 DT>240 msec , % N=15), B group (E/A ratio 1-1.5 at mitral orifice deceloration time 160-240msec,N=15)with color poppler echocardiography. C group is(E/A>1.5 ,DT<160msec N=15).D group is patient (EF>50%,E/A<1 DT>240 mesc). Result: Aging ,gender, pathogenetic condition have not significant between the every groups. EF value has signicant deviation in the A,B,C group compared with E group(P<0.05).EF has not significant between the A,B,C group.E/A ratio has signicant among the A,C, D group compared with E group(P<0.05),DT has signicant in the A,C group compared with E group(P<0.05). IRT has not signicant between A and B group. IRT has signicant deviation in the A, B,C, D groups compared with E group(P<0.05).Tei index had significant between E and B group . Tei index had...
