MiR-3129 Promote Oral Tumor Through Target Hace1

Objective hace1 is a tumor suppressor gene.It can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,promote tumor cell apoptosis.To detect the expression levels of hace1 in oral tumor,Predict which micrornas target to hace1,and research its relationships with hace1,To detect the expression levels of miRNA-3129 in oral tumor,To investigate whether hace1 and miRNA-3129 can be used as a oral tumor marker and play a role in the treatment of oral tumor.Methods 15 groups of oral tumor tissue and tumor adjacent tissue were collected,and the expression of hace1 m RNA was detected by QRT-PCR method,Observation hace1 effect on the change of cell proliferation and migration through determined by MTT test,cell scratch experimental,bioinformatics prediction which micrornas target to hace1,mi R-3129 target to hace1 are verified through the luciferase and QRT PCR,the expression mi R-3129 RNA in oral tumor was detected by QRT-PCR methodResults Hace1 is low expressed in oral tumors,and inhibits migration and proliferation of oral tumors;miRNA-3129 can target hace1 3'UTR and regulate hace1 expression.Conclusion The miRNA-3129 is highly expressed and negatively correlated with hace1 expression in oral tumor,may promote oral tumor growth by targeting hace1.
