The mi RNA-107 expression level in kidney tissues is related to TNM stage and grade of Fuhrman(P<0.05).The difference between mi RNA- 107 and gender, tumor location, size, age had no statistical significance; The mi RNA-107 mimics significantly inhibited 786-0 kidney cancer cell lines growth(P<0.05).Conclusion: Found that the occurrence,development of kidney cancer may be associated with the mi RNA-107, the mi RNA-107 mimics can inhibit renal cancer cell proliferation, migration, suggesting the mi RNA-107 May be as important tumorsuppressor factors involved in inhibition the renal cancer cell proliferation and migration.
