| Purpose:Research on different time points,different electricity for Parkinson's depression model rats SP content in serum and brain tissue changes in the expression,to discuss different curative intervention the optimal effectiveness of these indicators.Method:First,PD model rats,take 6-hydroxy dopamine(6-OHDA)unilateral striatum double targets injections in the building,in rats by o(APO)on morphine induced behavioral detection and beheaded take brain striatum dopamine levels to test success rate of the model.Once again after the success,according to the above method strictly PD model rats,and name it based on PD model combined with chronic unpredictable mild st ress(chronic unpredictable mildstress,CUMS)method to copy the model of the PDD.PDD model rats were randomly assigned,can be divided into normal group,28 d and 28 d,drug control group,model group,28 d,28 d pulse electric acupuncture group,includi ng music group of 28 d and 28 d pulse electric acupuncture group of 42 d,including music group of 8 groups of 42 d.Pulse electric acupuncture group and music electric acupuncture thorn finish including respectively connected pulse electric acupuncture an d music.Respectively observation period has reached the age of 28 d and 42 d groups of rats after the break out,and at the same time,the tail vein in rats with sterile blood,immune histochemical method and ELISA method the expression of SP content in brain tissue and serum is tested,the data with SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:After building,control the content of SP no significant change(P > 0.05),model group significantly increased in rats and the serum content of SP(P < 0.01).Treatment for 28 days and 42 days,compared with model group,the western medicine control group and serum content of SP in rats had no significant change(P > 0.05),including pulse electric acupuncture group,music group in rats and the serum content of SP were significantly reduced,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Treatment for 28 days,including music group compared with pulse electric acupuncture group,the SP content in serum in rats and on the expression of no significant difference(P > 0.05),while in the treatment of 42 days,music in rats and serum SP electric acupuncture group was obviously lower,there are significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Different electricity for Parkinson's disease and depressi on model rats had all have adjust action,SP content in serum and music curative effect not decay with the extension of time,pulse curative effect with the extension of time and attenuation,including music group is superior to the pulse electric acupunct ure group.2.Beauty ba with fluoxetine medication for Parkinson's disease and depression model rats had no obvious SP content in serum. |
