Objective:The patients who underwent painless artificial abortion were treated with imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation,to investigate the intervention effect of imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation in postoperative complications of induced abortion. Methods:Two hundreds patients with early pregnancy were selected in the gynaecology outpatient service of our hospital from February 2017 to Augest 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group, all the patients were voluntary requirements to termination of pregmancy treat with painless abortion(negative pressure attriction),and were conform to the standard of inclusion and exclusion. The control group was treated with painless abortion and routine medication after operation,The observation group was treated with bioelectric stimulation on the basis of the control group. The postoperative vaginal bleeding, the duration of vaginal bleeding, again curettage rate, the endometrial thickness of one and three week postoperative, the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease from postoperative to premenstrual, the postoperative menstrual recovery time and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions in one, three and six month postoperative were compared between the two groups. All experimental data were processed by SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software.Results:1.Compareson of the postoperative vaginal bleeding:the postoperative vaginal bleeding was significantly decreased in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Compareson of the duration of vaginal bleeding: the duration of vaginal bleeding was significantly shorted in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Compareson of the again curettage rate:The again curettage rate was no significantly difference between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).4.Compareson of the endometrial thickness of one and three week postoperative:the endometrial thickness of one and three week postoperative was significantly increased in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Compareson of the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease from postoperative to premenstrual:The incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease was no significantly difference between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).6.Compareson of the postoperative menstrual recovery time:the postoperative menstrual recovery time was significantly shorted in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).7.Compareson of the incidence of intrauterine adhesions in one, three and six month postoperative:The incidence of intrauterine adhesions were no significantly difference between the control group and the observation group in one, three and six month postoperative(P>0.05).Conclusion:The early pregnancy patients who underwent painless artificial abortion were treated with imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation, can be reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding, shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding, increase the endometrial thickness of postoperative, shorten the postoperative menstrual recovery time,Reduce postoperative morbidity, and it has good effect on prevention of postoperative complications. As a safe, effective and non-invasive physical therapy,it is worth promoting.
