Objective: To investigate the effect of imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation on uterine repair after induced abortion.Method: According to the preset inclusion criteria,200 women who voluntarily requested induced abortion for termination of pregnancy were selected in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from June 2019 to July 2019,and were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received 100 cases of induced abortion and postoperative routine treatment, while the observation group received 100 cases of imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation based on the control group. The amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding, duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding, menstrual recovery time, uterine size and endometrium thickness of one month after the operation, and the incidence of postoperative uterine residual need to clear the palace were compared between the two groups.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results. Results: The amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of menstrual recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterus size in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group one month after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Furthermore,the endometrium thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The use of imitation of bioelectricity electrical stimulation after induced abortion can reduce the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding, shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding, shorten the duration of menstrual recovery time, reduce the uterus size and increase the endometrium thickness one month after the operation, and have significant effect on the repair of the uterus. It can be used as a non-invasive and effective treatment method in clinical practice.
