| Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Dang Gui Yin Zi decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of Psoriasis blood deficiency.Methods:The blood deficiency psoriasis patients met the selection criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Dangguiyinzi decoction one dose daily.The control group of 36 patients received Chinese medicine Runzaozhiyang capsules 3 times a day and 2.0g each time.Both groups were irradiated with narrow-band ultraviolet B for psoriasis area twice a week.Recorded prior to enrollment,after the group of two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks changes in psoriasis area and analysed the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:Treatment group and control group,the total efficiency was % and%.The efficacy of the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05). The lesion area after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was effective than the control group.Conclusion:Dangguiyinzi decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis blood deficiency can effectively reduce psoriasis area.It is a safe and effective method to treat the development of psoriasis blood deficiency. |
