The Consumptive Lung Disease is a kind of chronic deficiency disease of lung which is damaged by lung qi and weak in lung lobe.Its clinical manifestations are characterized by shortness of breath,coughing and spitting salivary droplets.From the ancient literature,there are many records of pulmonary impotence.It shows that the incidence of the disease in ancient times was extremely high and that it is an important disease that can not be ignored.However,modern systematic research on pulmonary impotence is rare.(as of March 2017,there were only 130 articles searching for "Lung impotence" based on CNKI.In modern medicine,the name of western medicine for lung impotence is also controversial,except for the more unified lung fiber.Some scholars believe that pulmonary impotence is related to radiation pneumonia,atelectasis,lung cancer,and many kinds of chronic lung diseases.These two aspects fully demonstrate that the definition of pulmonary impotence is not well understood in modern times,and therefore trace back to the source,from the name,etiology,pathogenesis of the disease.It is urgent and necessary to study the ancient literature on pulmonary impotence.On the basis of collecting the data of lung impotence from the ancient literature from pre-Qin to the end of Qing Dynasty,this study systematically collates and excavates the resources of lung impotence,and clearly expounds the historical origin and development course of lung impotence in the ancient medical books of the past dynasties.Including the changes in the understanding of the lung impotence syndrome in each period,the original opinions of the physicians of the past dynasties;secondly,the methods of using data mining to collect the formula of lung impotence,combined with the literature study,statistics and analysis of the law of the prescription and treatment of lung impotence.To sum up the effective experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment,to provide a certain reference for clinical practice.This thesis is divided into three parts altogether,the first part is combing the ancient literature of lung impotence,taking the dynasties as the clue,taking the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties,Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,Ming and Qing dynasties as the dividing lines,summarizes the cognition characteristic of the doctors to the lung impotence in each period.Tracing back to the name,etiology,pathogenesis,main symptoms,syndrome differentiation and other aspects of the historical evolution of understanding,sorting out a more clear development ideas,the overall grasp of lung impotence disease syndrome understanding;The second part is the study on the law of the use of the ancient prescription for the treatment of lung impotence.According to the statistics,271 prescriptions were collected for the treatment of pulmonary impotence in the past dynasties,of which 75 were unnamed and 196 were famous.Analysis,classification,statistics,association analysis and other data mining,the results showed that the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of pulmonary impotence were liquorice,ginger,Poria cocos,ginseng,Platycodon grandiflorum,mulberry peel,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fritillaria thunbergii,almond,Aster,Schisandra,asparagus,Anemarrhena,etc.Rehmannia vulgaris,Ejiao,Chen Pei,Tushihua,Bupleurum,Jujube,etc.,among them,tonifying and deficiency drugs ranked first,followed by phlegm antitussive medicine,heat-clearing medicine,antitabular medicine,water and seepage medicine,Qi regulating medicine,and astringent medicine.By combining the methods of literature research,this paper expounds and discusses the characteristics of the prescription and treatment of pulmonary impotence,and sums up the principles,methods,prescriptions and drug rules for the treatment of pulmonary impotence,which provides effective guidance for clinical practice.The third part is to explore the problem of pulmonary impotence found in the course of the study,so as to summarize and summarize the ancient literature of pulmonary impotence.
