Therapeutic Effect Of Tang Shen Kang Shui Pill On Early Diabetic Nephropathy And Its Effect On Serum TGF-B₁

Objective:By observing the efficacy of Tangshen Kangshui Pill in the treatment of early kiDNey deficiency and blood stasis tyPe diabetic nePhroPathy and its effect on serum TGF-?1,objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tangshen Kangshui Pill.Methods:The diagnosis of early diabetic nePhroPathy in the endocrinology clinic of the First Affiliated HosPital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between December 2016 and October 2017 was selected.A total of 60 Patients were selected.The Chinese medicine dialectically diagnosed as kiDNey deficiency and blood stasis tyPe diabetic nePhroPathy was randomly divided into treatment grouPs.30 Patients were in the control grouP.All Patients were given basic treatment,including basic diabetes education,lifestyle and exercise instructions,subcutaneous injection of insulin to control blood sugar,antihyPertensive drugs to control blood Pressure,and control of urinary Protein,etc.The treatment grouP added sugar and kiDNey water Pills on this basis.The subclinical observations lasted for 8 weeks.The clinical symPtoms,urinary Protein excretion rate,b'lood liPids,serum TGF-?1 and other indicators of the Patients before and after treatment were observed and their total effective rates were statistically analyzed.Result:1.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the two grouPs was 93.33%in the treatment grouP and 76.67%in the control grouP.The clinical effect of the treatment grouP was significantly better than that of the control grouP(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment grouP and the control grouP were 90.00%and 76.67%,respectively.The TCM syndrome efficacy of the treatment grouP was significantly better than that of the control grouP(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the urinary Protein excretion rate of both grouPs was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).ComPared with the control grouP,the glomerular filtration rate of the treatment grouP decreased more significantly(P<0.05).4.After treatment,serum TGF-?1 levels in both grouPs were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ComPared with the control grouP,serum TGF-?1 levels were better in the treatment grouP(P<0.05).),suggesting that Tangshen Kangshui Pill can make early DN Patients serum TGF-?1 levels decreased,and better than the control grouP.In conclusion:1.Tangshen Kangshui Pill can effectively reduce the early kiDNey deficiency and blood stasis tyPe diabetic nePhroPathy syndrome scores,effectively imProve the Patient's TCM clinical symPtoms.2.Tangshen Kangshui Pill can reduce the level of urinary Protein excretion in Patients with early DN,can reduce the extent of damage in Patients with kiDNey,have a significant effect on reducing urinary Protein.3.Tangshen Kangshui pill can reduce the level of TGF-?1,indicating that Tangshenkang water pill may reduce the accumulation of glomerular extracellular matrix by interfering with TGF-?1/Smad signaling pathway and delay kidney damage.
