Object:By comparing the clinical efficacy of both oral and enema in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility with hysteroscopy, the treatment plan was more suitable for patients.Methods:62 cases of fallopian tube obstructive infertility were randomly divided into 31 cases(group A),3 1 cases with hysteroscopy and traditional Chinese medicine(group A),31 cases with hysteroscopic oral administration and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine group(group B),of which group B had I cases of loss of loss. All patients began to give enema or oral treatment for 2 weeks after menstruation, and the menstruation was at the same time. After 3-7 days, hysteroscopy was performed with 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment. After the treatment period, the patency of tubal patency,TCM syndrome and local signs were observed in each group of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndromeResults:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, infertility and oviduct obstruction. Two groups of treatment after tubal patency improvement in group A is better than B group. Two groups of TCM syndromes and clinical signs were improved significantly(P<0.01)after treatment, and the improvement in group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat the infertility due to tubal obstruction due to qi stagnation and blood stasis by enema or orally combined with hysteroscopy. The treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema plus hysteroscopic solution in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility is better than that of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine plus hysteroscopy, and there is no adverse reaction and safety. |
