Objective:From January 2007 to December 2016,the clinical literatures on the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema collected in Chinese journals were analyzed and evaluated,study on the clinical literature characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility and the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,to understand the basic situation of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility in recent years from the aspects of dialectics,medication and results.Methods:Use omputer retrieve the China Journal Network Full-text Database(CJFD)?the Wanfang data knowledge service platform(Wanfangdate)and the Chinese periodical database.Then download the full text of a document that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Establish the databases on basic information?grouping situation?treatment results and the retention of enema prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.Import IBM SPSS Modeler15.0 software for data mining after standard data processing.Sum up the characteristics of documents with the method of bibliometric analysis.Use data Mining techniques such as comment Analysis? Association Analysis and Cluster Analysis to study on the medication Rule of traditional Chinese Medicine retention Enema for treatment of oviduct obstructive Infertility.Results:107 articles included,up to 15 in 2014,8 in 2007,the number of documents is increasing as a whole.A total of 101 authors were involved,and the units with a large number of publications wereGuangdong Chaozhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Guangzhou Military region General Hospital,No.1 Hospital of Danjiangkou City,Hubei Province,Xihe District Hospital.Fuxin City,Liaoning Province,Chunan County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,Hainan Medical College affiliated Hospital.A total of 28 provinces involving,the first 3 were Henan Province,Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province.The regional distribution of the study is uneven,and no such reports have been reported in some regions.Of the 107 papers,5were theses,1 was conference literature,101 were periodicals,and 73 were journals.The top two articles were "Jiangsu TCM","New TCM." Among them,105 articles had 2 keywords and 2 none,totally 137 keywords were involved,and the average number of keywords used 401 times was3.82 per article.There were 8 papers supported by the fund,which accounted for 7.48% of the total number of papers,and the7 funds involved were all provincial funds and lower funds.There were 99 documents which were clearly classified by differentiation of symptoms and signs.The literature of ecchymic uterus type and damp-heat stasis type is the most.The methods of treatment are dual therapy,monotherapy,and triple therapy.7311 cases of tubal obstructive infertility were treated.The total effective rate was 84.87% in 89 groups(5742 cases)and effective rate(4873 cases).In 107 cases of clinical literature,113 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were found,with a cumulative frequency of 985 times.The highest frequency was curcuma,followed by Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Rhizoma,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Taraxacum dandelion,and so on.The composition ratio of the drug was the highest(28.21%),followed by the cold drug(20.51%).Medicinal taste composition ratio is highest temperature formula(41.38%),followed by sweet and pungent(31.25%).Liver meridian is the most common distribution of traditional Chinese medicine,the second is the spleen Meridian and the Heart Meridian.The least of them were the gallbladder meridian and the Sanjiao meridian.The drug function was the highest(41.03%)in promoting blood circulation followed by clearing away heat,and removing blood stasis,and detoxification.Common drug groups are:The first category: frankincense,myrrh,peony peel,fuhuang,Corydalis.The second category: licorice,Chuanxiong,Wang not to stay,incense,pangolin.The third kind: peach kernel,safflower.The fourth category: Lu Lu Tong,angelica.The fifth category: chestnut,red rattan,dandelion.The sixth category: Sanleng,Curcuma,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba.The high frequency pairs in the literature were: frankincense and myrrh,Zangleng and Curcuma,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Radix Paeoniae rubra,Angelica sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong,peach kernel and safflower.Conclusion:The quantity and quality of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility are increasing and improving.The author is mostly in the eastern and southern provinces and mainly in universities and hospitals,uneven regional distribution of the study and no such reports have been reported in some areas.The basic forms are "traditional Chinese Medicine","New Chinese Medicine","Shaanxi traditional Chinese Medicine" and other periodicals with a large number of published papers,with the retention of Chinese medicine enema,tubal obstruction,infertility as a research hotspot.The curative effect is significant but lack of fund support;The traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment fallopian tube obstructive infertility literature medication focuses on promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and detoxification,clearing heat and dampness,dredging meridians and collaterals;Effectively improve the oviduct obstruction,improve TCM syndromes and local signs,improve pregnancy rate.The effect of retention enema on the pathogenesis and curative effect of oviduct obstructive infertility needs to be further expanded.
