Analysis Of The Medication Rule Of Professor Yuanfang In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: To analyze the medication rules of Professor Yuan Fang for treating chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)by applying data mining technology,and to summarize the unique medication ideas of the instructor to provide some references for the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of this disease.Materials and methods: Collect the medical records of patients diagnosed with CGN in the professor's outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM from September 2017 to December 2018,and the diagnosis criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated according to the purpose of the study,so as to screen the medical records.The patient's personal information,name,gender,age,prescription medication,drug classification,drug potency,drug flavor and normal cycle in the medical records meeting the requirements were recorded into the Microsoft Excel table to form a database.Finally,statistical software such as SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0were used to analyze the frequency of drug use,drug classification,drug potency,drug flavor and normal cycle,and to conduct correlation analysis on core drugs with frequency ?50 times to summarize the common drug pairs.At the same time,cluster analysis was conducted on core drugs to obtain the instructor's common drug combination.Results:1.239 prescriptions with a total of 197 drugs were finally collected.Core drugs include:Atractylodes,Astragalus,Fructus Corni,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Cuscuta,Fructus Aurantii,Amaranth,mature land,white grass root,Ligustrum lucidum,Chinese yam,Bupleurum,Achyranthes bidentata,Cicada,Eclipta,habitat,Alisma orientalis,Lycium barbarum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria,pangolin,golden cherry,peony skin.2.The instructor used tonic drugs,antipyretic drugs,astringent drugs,water osmotic drugs and hemostatic drugs commonly.Warm,flat,cold medicines are commonly used,sweet,bitter and spicy drugs with high frequency of use,and mostly used drugs attributed to liver,spleen,stomach,lung and kidney channels.3.Common drug pairs and drug combinations: Common drug pairs used by the instructor include: Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta grandis;Dogwood,Cuscuta;Astragalus and Atractylodes;Bupleurum,Amaranth;Chinese yam,Fructus Aurantii.Commonly used drug combinations include: Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta,Chinese yam,Alisma purpurea,mature land,Citrus aurantium,cicada deciduous;Chuanshanlong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Jinyingzi,Chinese wolfberry;peony skin,Poria cocos,habitat,white grass root,Achyranthes bidentate,Bupleurum,Amaranth;Radix Pseudostellariae,Dogwood,Astragalus,Cuscuta,Atractylodes.Conclusion:1.It is concluded that the basic prescription of Professor Yuan Fang for treating CGN:Atractylodes,Astragalus,Fructus Corni,Pseudostellariae,Cuscuta,Fructus Aurantii,Astragalus,Mature Land,White Grass Root,Ligustrum lucidum,Yam,Bupleurum,Achyranthes bidentata,Cicada,Eclipta prostrata,habitat,Alisma orientalis,Poria cocos,Chinese wolfberry fruit,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Pandolin,Jinyingzi,peony skin.2.The above analysis results fully reflect the core of the pathogenesis of Professor Yuan Fang's treatment of CGN against "deficiency,wind,heat,stasis,and dampness",emphasizing the support of righteousness,the elimination of evil,attaches great importance to the liver,spleen,lung,kidney four dirty harmonic,be good at using prescriptions,prefers to use peaceful products,and reuses blood circulation and blood stasis medicine and insect medicine to treat refractory nephritis.
