Under the strategy of health China,the development of health and health is in an important position,paying attention to the life cycle and health process,bringing opportunities to the development of nursing.The development plan for the nursing industry in Guangxi(2017-2020)calls for increasing the supply of nursing services and promoting the rational allocation of high-quality nursing resources.At present,the number of nurses is relatively insufficient and the structure is not reasonable enough.To a certain extent,it will cause the listlessness of nurses.This study in order to reduce the job burnout of nurses.Objective: To study the clinical nurse job burnout situation,analyze the related factors influencing the nurses job burnout,professional welfare for countermeasure research,reduce the job burnout status of nurses,improve the work enthusiasm.Methods: from January to October,2017,941 clinical nurses from 4 hospitals were investigated by questionnaire.Content of the questionnaire: basic data,the CMBI,the Resignation Propensity Scale and the PPQ.Use EXCEL for double entry and SPSS25.0 for statistical analysis of data.Results: The three dimensions of job burnout were positively correlated with turnover intention(P < 0.01).The three dimensions of job burnout are negatively correlated with the four dimensions of psychological capital(P < 0.01).The four dimensions of psychological capital are negatively correlated with turnover intention(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The investigation of the four hospitals with a greater incidence of clinical nurse job burnout,clinical nurses should focus on improving working environment,giving the nurse enough rest,improve nurses’ professional welfare policies,create a harmonious and safe work atmosphere.
