Objective Aimed to explore the value of ultrasonic elastography by the application of breast lesions on the analysis of ultrasound elasticity imaging score comparison at the aspects of the size,the echogenicity,the aspect ratio and the pathological grade of invasive dutal carcinoma.Methods A total of 169 women patients with 174 breast lessions treated by gastric gland surgery in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University were collected.And 169 patients with 174 lesions(maximum diameter≤3cm)were examined with ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography.And the size,echogenicity and the aspect ratio were observed,the 5-scoring diagnostic system were used.The elasticity imaging score difference of breast benign and malignant solid lesions,the size,the echogenicity,the aspect ratio and the pathological grade of invasive dutal carcinoma were analysed with histology as the golden standard.Results There were 40 benign lesions,and 134 malignant lesions in the study.In terms of ultrasound elasticity imaging score comparison,there are significant differences in the aspects of breast benign and malignant solid lessions,the size,and the hypoechoic mass lesion accompanied by mammary tissue.Malignant tumors of the elasticity score is given priority to with 4,5 points,andbenign tumor of the elasticity score is given priority to with 1,2,3 points.The largest diameter 2 cm or less breast cancer can show low score 3 points.There are no significant difference in the aspects of the aspect ratio.The relationship with ultrasound elasticity imagng score were positively correlated when they were different at the pathological grade of invasive dutal carcinoma,which showed that the higher of the breast cancer focal score,the greater the hardness,the higher degree of the malignancy.Conclusions There was significant difference in ultrasonic elastography score between benign and malignant in breast lessions,and the score was difference in the different size and echogenicity in breast cancer.The ultrasound elasticity imaging score combined with the breast lesions size and the echogenicity that be helpful to small breast lesions more accurate judgment,and improve the clinical value of ultrasound elasticity technology in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma pathological grading and ultrasonic elasticity scores were positively correlated,It is suggested that the greater hardness of the IDC,the higher degree of its malignancy,which provides reference information for clinical treatment and prognostic evalution.
