Objective : We aimed at exploring the characteristic of uterine cavity receptivity of patients with unexplained early spontaneous abortion by three-dimensional power doppler ultrasonography, investigating the characteristics of endometrial receptivities with sporadic and recurrent abortion patients. Methods:Out of the patients of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March 2017 to November 2017,67 patients with early spontaneous abortions were recruited as the experimental group, according to times of abortion,26 cases were recruited as sporadic spontaneous abortion group(SSA)and 41 cases as recurrent spontaneous abortion group(RSA).42 normal fertile women without history of early spontaneous abortion were recruited as the control group in the same period.Data analyses were carried out on endometrial thickness, endometrial volume, endometrial and subendometrial vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI)and uterine artery pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI)by three-dimensional power doppler ultrasonography during mid-luteal phase, collecting age,BMI at the same time.Results:1 There were no statistical differences in age,BMI,uterine artery PI?RI among the three groups(P>0.05).2 There were no statistical differences in endometrial thickness among the three groups(P>0.05).Endometrial volume of RSA was lower than the control group(P < 0.05),there are no statistical differences in endometrial volume of control and SSA group,SSA and RSA group(P > 0.05).3 Endometrial and subendometrial VI,FI and VFI of RSA group were significant lower than the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial and subendometrial VI,FI,VFI in RSA and SSA group, endometrial and subendometrial VI,FI,VFI in SSA and control group are no statistical differences(P>0.05).4 There are statistical differences between abortion times and endometrial and subendometrial VI,FI,VFI.With the increase of times of spontaneous abortion, the endometrial and subendometrial VI,FI,VFI were lower, which showed positive correlations(r were?0.351,?0.390,?0.440,?0.297,?0.324,?0.290,respectively).Conclusion:The endometrial volume of RSA was decreased compared with normal fertility women, the degrees of endometrial and subendometrial vascularization were reduced,as the times of abortion increase, the endometrial subendometrial vascularization decrease.Three-dimensional power doppler ultrasound can effectively evaluate uterine cavity receptivity in patients with unexplained early recurrent spontaneous abortion,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinicians to analyze etiological factors and conduct targeted treatment.
