Background: Skin flaps are composed of skin with blood supply and its subcutaneous tissue,which currently used in tissue defects repairing,functional reconstruction,trauma,deformity correction and organ defects reconstruction as one of the common basic methods.During the surgery of flaps transplantation or tuboovarian abscess,the survival of the flaps are related to the success of the whole operation.Recently,with the continuous recognition of flaps,the type and application scope of flaps is continuously expanded.In the flap transplantation,the survival of the flap is related to the success of the whole operation.In recent years,some scholars believed that the main causes of skin flap survival were ischemia-reperfusion injury,venous congestion,arterial blood supplying and infection,etc.And venous congestion is one of the most common complications of flap transplantation,and can cause venous crisis if not be treated in time,can even cause skin flap whole or part necrosis.So the flap vein crisis prevention and control has been a plastic surgery thorny issues these years.Scholars continue to exploring and studying some drugs and non-pharmaceutical measures to protect and prevent or delay the flaps of venous thrombosis and venous crisis.Particularly,due to compared with drugs the advantages of non-pharmaceutical measures are local actions and small side effects,and so on,which are popular in clinic.So there are the direction that scholars have been studying.At present,one of the more mature technologies is the negative pressure attraction technology,which has been widely used in the treatment of refractory wounds and infected wounds,and has achieved satisfactory clinical results.Some scholars have also imagined the effect of positive pressure on skin flaps survival.Also researchers have found that intermittent positive pressure can improve congestion condition of the skin flaps using laser doppler.However,due to the complex operation process and difficulty in practice,there are few researches on the observation of the effect of intermittent positive pressure on skin flaps transplantation or metastasis.Purpose: This experiment of intermittent positive pressure pneumatic device on SD rats,which is on the basis of previous scholar's study,establish random flaps model,monitoring the stability of the intermittent positive pressure pneumatic device,and study the effect of intermittent positive pressure to flap,further will be intermittent positive pressure pneumatic device used in the clinic,in order to realize the improvement of flap blood supply,promote skin flap survival.And use the intermittent positive pressure pneumatic device in clinic that improve the blood flow of the flaps,promoting the survival of the flaps.Method: Application of paired design,20 clean healthy male SD rats,with 10 months,weighting 455 + 20 g,were randomly divided into group A(control side on the left while experimental side on the right)and group B(experimental side on the left while control side on the right).On the rat backs made two long rage flaps,one was the control group with covering sterile gauze and another was experimental group with covering the intermittent positive pressure pneumatic device.After keeping the rats 7 days and observing the skin flaps general condition as color and hair growth killed the rats and further observation flaps survival situation and calculation the survival rate of the two groups,then observed two groups of flaps near,middle and far three sections of the pathological change and the density of blood vessels.At the end using SPSS16.0 software to analyze the experimental data in statistics.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between group A and group B between the experimental side and the control side.(2)The difference between the experimental side and the control side in the two groups was statistically significant;(3)The pathological difference between the experimental side and the control side was significant in both groups.Conclusion: Intermittent positive pressure can improve the survival of rats dorsal free flaps by improving the blood flow of the flaps,which increasing the survival rate of the rats' dorsal flap and the flaps tissues inflammation were reduced.
