| Objective: To study the serum levels of vitamin B1 and B6 in peritoneal dialysis patients with different peritoneal transport characteristics and to explore the relationship between serum vitamin B1,B6 and peritoneal transport characteristics. Methods: 1.Inclusion criteria: Forty-two patients were enrolled in the regular peritoneal dialysis(PD)hospital of Qingdao Municipal Hospital for more than six months. All patients were in stable condition and were between 18-65 years old.Exclusion criteria: have history of peritonitis and other acute infections, used vitamins, and exclusion of urinary tract infections in nearly 1 month.2 Specimen collection: The clinical data of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were analyzed. The levels of BUN,SCr,Hb,uric acid, total protein, plasma protein, total cholesterol(TC),low density lipids(LDL),triglyceride(TG),total Kt / V,dialysis time, ultrafiltration volume,BMI,24-hour total urine output,4hD/Pcr values were evaluated.3.Detection method:Peritoneal transport was grouped according to peritoneal equilibration test(PET):(1)standard PET method: one day before the PET peritoneal dialysis fluid will be abdomen(8 ~ 12 h),the next morning discharge within 20 minutes, and determine the capacity of 2.5% peritoneal dialysis solution 2 L heated to 37 ℃ after pouring Theperitoneal cavity and abdomen were collected 0,2,4 h after peritoneal dialysis fluid samples, respectively, when peritoneal dialysis patients intraperitoneal glucose dialysate for 4 h after the withdrawal of blood samples.Enzyme linked immuneosorbent assay peritoneal dialysis fluid creatinine, glucose concentration and blood creatinine and glucose concentrations.(2)Indexes evaluation: Fasting venous blood was collected fromall selected patients. The levels of serum vitamin B1 and B6 in peritoneal dialysis patients were detected by electrochemical analysis. The levels of creatinine, uric acid, hemoglobin, cholesterol and urea nitrogen in selected patients were determined by Roche MODULAR automatic analyzer,Total protein, plasma albumin, low density lipoprotein,triglycerides,4hD/PCr values.4.Experimental grouping: 42 cases of regular peritoneal dialysis patients based on PET experimental results were divided into high peritoneal transport group and peritoneal hypofunction group. There were 26 cases with high peritoneal transport group(including high peritoneal metastasis)and 16 cases with low peritoneal function(including low average transport group). Results: A total of 42 PD patients were collected, including 26 patients with high peritoneal perfusion(H group)and 16 patients with low peritoneal hypofunction(L group). No fever and no peritoneal infection occurred during the experiment.(1)the general clinical data analysis: between the two groups gender, age,BMI,dialysis time and other general clinical data was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2)The level of serum vitamin B1 in group H was lower than that in group L(P <0.05),and the level of serum vitamin B6 was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)The serum vitamin B1 level in group H was negatively correlated with the ratio of 4hD / PCr(P <0.05).Alb in H group was significantly lower than that in L group(P <0.05).The level of serum Alb in group H was lower than that in group L(P <0.05).(4)high transport group vitamin B1 and total KT / V ratio: vitamin B1 and total KT / V was negatively correlated.Conclusion:1.General Information: A total of 42 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis for at least 3 months were enrolled in this study.Twenty-six patients in group H with high peritoneal function and 16 patients with low peritoneal function in group L with an average age of 61.64 ± 12.16 years 26 males and 16 females. The concentration of serum creatinine(Scr)in H group was lower than that in L group(P <0.01).Alb in H group was significantly lower than that in L group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical data of blood pressure, urine, uric acid, uric acid and hemoglobin between the two groups.2.There was a negative correlation between the level of serum vitamin B1 and total(r =-0.398,P = 0.044),and creatinine, ureanitrogen, uric acid, low density lipoprotein,Total protein, albumin, hemoglobin no correlation.3.The correlation between serum vitamin B6 and various indexes in high transport group: The serum vitamin B6 level in high transport group was related to the total KT / V,LDL,creatinine,BUN,uric acid, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin and nonexistence. The correlation between vitamin B1 and various indexes in low transporter group: Vitamin B1 in low transporter group had no correlation with total KT/V,LDL,creatinine,BUN,albumin,uric acid, hemoglobin and total protein.5.low transport group vitamin B6 and each index correlation: serum vitamin B6 with the total, low density lipoprotein, creatinine, urea nitrogen, albumin, uric acid, hemoglobin, total protein is not related.6.high transport group PD patients serum vitamin B1 levels lower, and serum vitamin B1 levels and 4hD / PCr value was negatively correlated. |
