Objective:To explore the different peritoneal transport characteristics affecting the VEGF,ET-1 and UA dialysate concentrations in PD patients,so as to provide experimental basis for the protection of peritoneum and the prevention and treatment of peritoneal ultrafiltration failure. Methods:Collected 40 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital from December2015 to December 2016,according to peritoneal transport characteristics(PET)results, the PD patients were divided into 2 groups: high transport group(high transport and high average transport),low transport group(low transport and low average transport)24h urine and ultrafiltration volume were recorded;(2)blood of patients sent to the hospital clinical laboratory, tests Hb,Alb,Ca,P,PTH,BUN,Scr,K,Na and other biochemical indicators;(3)the urea clearance index(KT/V)and the index of residual renal function(RRF)can be calculated according to the formula;(4)At the same time with the uricase method measuring UA concentration in peritoneal dialysis,VEGF,ET-1 dialysate concentrations detected by ELISA;(5)Using the method of t test were compared between the two groups levels of VEGF,ET-1,UA in peritoneal fluid,Pearson correlation analysis the levels of VEGF,ET-1,UA in peritoneal fluid with the ultrafiltration volume, urine volume.Results:1.Compared with the low transport group, the BUN,Scr,Alb concentrations in the blood of the high transport group were significantly lower.2.The ultrafiltration volume, urine volume and RRF in high transport group were significantly lower than those of the low transport group.3.High transport group in dialysis solution VEGF,UA concentration compared with the low transport group increased significantly;compared with the high transport group and low transport group,no difference in the concentration of ET-1(P >0.05).4.VEGF and UA levels in all the peritoneal patients correlated negatively with ultrafiltration volume(R =-0.402,-0.378,P < 0.05),VEGF and UA in all the peritoneal patients correlated negatively with urine volume(R =-0.323,-0.345,P < 0.05),but the ET-1 level no correlation with ultrafiltration and urine volume(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Through the analysis of the results of this experiment,it was confirmed that the elevated levels of VEGF and UA in peritoneal dialysis fluid can lead to peritoneal dialysis, peritoneal fibrosis and peritoneal dialysis complications;2.If the levels of VEGF and UA in peritoneal dialysis fluid are decreased, the complications such as peritoneal dialysis and fibrosis can be prevented;3.This experiment improves the factors affecting the complications of peritoneal dialysis, and provides experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of complications of peritoneal dialysis.
