A Comparative Study Between Pathologic Changes Of MCI Patients In SOD,AChE And The Impact On The Same Patients With "YiQiTiaoXue,FuBenPeiYuan" Medicinal Thread Moxibustion

Objective: 1.Observe Patients with MCI and age-matched healthy grou P of serum SOD,ACh E and record the content difference,for further study of MCI,to analyze the disease factors and Provide the reference data for clinical Prevention and treatment.2.To observe “Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan” Moxibustion of medicated thread which affects MCI Patients of the content in serum SOD,ACh E,making a contrast with done Pezil intervention,to analyze Patients with MCI of serum SOD,ACh E,and record the changes by “Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan” Moxibustion of medicated thread.Methods: 66 MCI Patients were randomly selected from the MCI Patient database established by the tutor.All chosen Patients were granted Permission by themselves and the legal guardian.MCI Patients database was established by the graduate Wangyan,from August 2015 to January 2017,the First Affiliated Hos Pital,Guang Xi University of traditional Chinese medicine health charity hos Pital,affiliated Ruikang Hos Pital of Physical examination,De Partment of Neurology,De Partment of acu Puncture and community nursing homes,the aged over 60 years collected,total 1046 elderly Peo Ple.Based on this collected 60 Patients,new MCI Patients were diagnosed in acu Puncture of charity branch and Neurology De Partment in the First Affiliated Hos Pital,to ex Pand the case library.Library,at Present,com Prises 91 MCI Patients.Every Patient’s name,sex,educational level and Phone are gathered.All chosen Patients were granted Permission by themselves and the legal guardian.Randomly selected from health physical examination center the crowd over the same age,sex,the relative matching of 66 cases of the elderly over the age of 60,the healthy check-up,MMSE scale,CDR scale normal cognitive function after screening can be included in the same age group health.The content of serum SOD,ACh E between MCI grou P and the same age healthy grou P were detected and com Pared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.2.66 Patients with MCI were selected randomly from the Patient library.6 Patients cannot Partici Pate in this research because of living out of the locality and visiting family members.So only 60 Patients with MCI Partici Pated are in the intervention study.In strict accordance with the random number Princi Ple to 60 Patients were divided into the drug grou P and thread grou P.Each grou P included 30 cases.Grou P of sole done Pezil medication was used in one grou P and the “Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan” Moxibustion of medicated thread was a PPlied to other grou P.After a Period of treatment,the serum SOD,ACh E in the two grou Ps were checked.Results: 1.the serum SOD content of 66 Patients with MCI was lower than that of the healthy grou P of the same age grou P,and the ACh E content was higher than that of the same age grou P,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Both drug line thera Py and drug thera Py can im Prove the serum SOD content of MCI Patients and reduce the serum ACh E content.3.The content of SOD and ACh E in the two grou Ps itself around of drug line grou P and drug grou P was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The serum SOD content of medicine quad after treatment com Pared with drug grou P after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the serum content of ACh E medicine quad after treatment com Pared with after drug treatment grou P was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting medicine moxibustion grou P is better than that of drug control.Conclusion: There are differences between 66 Patients with MCI and 66 healthy elderly in serum SOD and ACh E.2."Yiqitiaoxue,fuben Peiyuan" medicated thread moxibustion thera Py and drug thera Py are regulating the serum SOD,ACh E content,but the medicine line moxibustion thera Py is better in im Proving the content of serum SOD and ACh E,and has better im Provement effect.3.The medicated thread thera Py has the advantages of convenience,safety,certain effect and no toxin side effect.It Provides new scientific methods for the Prevention and treatment of memory disorders,and it is worth Po Pularizing and a PPlying in clinical Practice.
