A Clinical Study Of Curative Effect On Streng-Thening Yang-qi Therapy Sequent Treatment To Chronic Heart Failure After Myocardial Infartion

Objective: To observe the impacts of Strengthening Yang-Qi therapy sequential treatment on clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome of the patients with Chronic Heart Failure after Myocardial Infartion.To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Strengthening Yang-Qi therapy sequential treatment to Chronic Heart Failure after Myocardial Infartion by the BNP,ALD,Ang-II,LVEF,cardiac function classification,The integration of Lee's heart failure.Methodology: 80 cases were included in the inclusion criteria,and the patients were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by digital randomization.Control group was dealt with Western medicine basic treatment,the treatment group in the basic treatment of western medicine was also regularly dealt with Chinese herbal formula prescribed by Professor TangNong,treatment for two months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,BNP,ALD,Ang-II,LVEF,cardiac function classification,the integration of Lee's heart failure were compared between the two groups and evaluated by the statistical software.Results: In this study,there were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment in sex,age,BNP,ALD,Ang-II,LVEF,cardiac function classification,the integration of Lee's heart failure,TCM syndrome score.(1)clinical efficacy:the effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%,the effective rate was 75.0% in control group,the P value was averagely less than 0.05 with statistical difference.(2)NYHA cardiac function classification:the effective rate of treatment group was 95.0% after treatment,the effective rate was 72.5% in control group,the P value was averagely less than 0.05 with statistical differenc(P=0.003).(3)the integration of Lee's heart failure:the integration of Lee's heart failure:the effective rate of treatment group was 95.0% after treatment,the effective rate was 77.50% in the control group,the P value was 0.006,the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)LVEF:the LVEF were improved after treatment,which compared with before treatment was statistically significant.After treatment the P value was averagely less than 0.05 with statistical differenc(P=0.002).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving LVEF.(5)BNP:the BNP of patients in two groups were reduced after treatment,there are significant differences between before and after treatment,P value were lower than the 0.001,and the difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.006).(6)ALD:the ALD of patients in two groups were reduced after treatment,there are significant differences between before and after treatment,P value were lower than the 0.001,and the difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.001).(7)Ang-II:the Ang-II of patients in two groups were reduced after treatment,there are significant differences between before and after treatment,P value were lower than the 0.001(8)TCM syndrome score:the comparision in TCM syndrome score between the two group were obvious,P value were lower than the 0.05(P=0.006),so the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:Strengthening Yang-Qi Therapy Sequent Treatment to Chronic Heart Failure after Myocardial Infartion is better than only Western medicine in the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scoes,BNP,ALD,Ang-II,LVEF,cardiac function classification,the integration of Lee's heart failure,and it is safe.
