Objective By observing the clinical curative effect of skin in situ regenerated medical technology for chronic wound surface,and its study on the positive expression of wound K19,it provides a certain basis for the treatment of TCM.Methods According to the principle of randomness and control,60 cases of patients with chronic unhealed ulcer wound on the surface of the body will be eligible for the same routine treatment.MEBO group,BFG,foundation treatment,each 20 cases,treatment of 21 days respectively,To observe and record the growth status,wound healing area,wound healing rate and positive expression rate of wound tissue K19 before and after treatment and on the 3rd,7th and 21 st days after treatment.Statistical analysis using SPSS21,The measurement data were expressed as(x ąs)to evaluate its efficacy and safety in clinical application.Results The gender,age,course of disease,basic disease,pathogenesis of ulceration,and the area of ulcer wound surface were statistically analyzed in the three groups,all of which were P>0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable.After 21 days of treatment,all three groups of patients had different degrees of growth in the wound granulation,and the 7th day after treatment and the 21 st day after treatment were all P<0.05(P=0.032 on day 7,P=0.000 on day 21).After 21 days of treatment,the wound healing area of the three groups was compared with that of thewound healing area after 21 days,P<0.05(P=0.045).The healing rate of the wound window in the third group was compared in the 21 days after treatment,P<0.05(P=0.000).After 21 days of treatment,the total effective efficiency of the three groups was P<0.05(P=0.000).On the 21 st day after the treatment,N-DAB color P<0.05(P=0.007)was found in three groups of patients.The percentage of K19 positive cells in the three groups was the 21 st day,P<0.05(P=0.007).K19 positive expression rate was P<0.05(P=0.01)in the three groups.Conclusion MEBO/MEBT has a good repair effect on chronic refractory wound,which can accelerate the growth of granulation in ulcer wound,thus promoting the healing of ulcer wound.MEBO/MEBT may improve the positive expression rate of epidermal stem cell K19 in the wound surface by promoting the proliferation of K19 positive cells in the surface of the surface,so as to promote wound healing.
