ObjectiveTo describe the present situation of quality of life in renal transplant patients,to explore the relationship among social support,family function,sense of coherence and quality of life,then analysed the Influence factors that affect quality of life in renal transplant patients.Finally,I discussed the mediating effect of sense of coherence on family function,social support and quality of life.MethodsThis is a cross-sectional study.Using convenient sampling method,included total 314 cases of renal transplant patients from the outpatient department of the five tertiary grade three hospitals in the city of ji nan,shan dong province.The survey tools including general information questionnair,Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13),Family Assessment Device(FAD),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),renal transplant patients quality of life rating scale.The data were analyzed by SAS 9.4 and SPSS21.0 statistical software.The statistical methods including descriptive statistical analysis,single factor regression analysis,independent sample t-test,analysis of variance Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis.Result1.A total of 340 study questionnaires were distribute,and 325 questionnaires were recovered,and 314 valid questionnaires were completed,the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 92.35%.2.The characteristics of renal transplant patients:In this study,the minimum age of the renal transplant patients was 18 years old,the maximum age was 69 years,and the average age was 38.61 ± 10.42.There were 218 male patients,accounting for 69.43%and 96 female patients,accounting for 30.97%.The time of renal transplantation was 1 to 21 years,on average(4.36 ± 3.81)years.About the renal transplant type,189 cases of the organ donation after citizens died,accounting for 60.19%,125 cases of the organ donation of the living relatives,accounting for 39.81%.3.The mean score of quality of life about renal transplant patients was(133.23 ±15.57)at medium level.The mean score of the sense of coherence was(65.98 ±15.04),t medium level.The mean score of social support was(43.24 ± 8.43),at the general level.The mean score of family function was(131.05± 20.65),at the general level.4.The results of single factor analysis showed that gender,marriage,monthly income,the type of medical pay,the type of living renal donors,the type of immunosuppressive agents,postoperative complications,and blood creatinine difference had a statistically significant effect on the quality of life(P<0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the social support and sense of coherence of renal transplant patients were positively correlated with the quality of life,with correlation coefficients(0.50,P<0.01),(0.50,P<0.01)· The family function is negatively correlated with the quality of life,and the correlation coefficient is-0.44,(P<0.01).6.The results of Multiple linear regression showed that monthly income,postoperative complications,subjective support,support utilization degree,can understand sense,problem solving,roles and behavior control were independent factors affecting the quality of life(P<0.05).7.The mediation analysis found that:The sense of coherence played some mediating role in the influence of social support on quality of life,the Bootstrap output 95%Cl(0.15,0.15),the mediating effect was significant,the effect of mediating effect was 25.28%.The sense of coherence played some mediating role in the influence of family function on quality of life,the Bootstrap output 95%CI(-0.23,-0.11),the mediating effect was significant,and the effect of mediating effect was 51.06%.Conclusion1.In this study,the quality of life of renal transplant patients was generally at a moderate level,with the lowest score of physical dimension.we suggest that the medical staff,family members and society would increase the focus on the quality of life of the renal transplant patients,and improve the physical function of the patient's.2.It is important to focus on renal transplant patients with the low income and complications.,improve the patient's subjective support,support utilization,the ability to understand,the problem-solving,the roles,the behavior control,to improve the quality of the patient's life.3.The social support and family function of renal transplant patients affect the quality of life through the sense of coherence,and the medical care provider is prompted to provide the medical care service to the renal transplant patients,so as to improve the level of sense of coherence,and improve the quality of the life of the patients.
