Intracranial aneurysms repture are common causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage,well known for its very high mortality and morbidity.So the research on the etiology and treatment mechanism of aneurysm is very important.It is generally believed that hemodynamic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of aneurysms.We simulate and obtain parameters of hemodynamic,to analyze the role of hemodynamic factors in clipping surgery and embolization surgery of intracranial aneurysm,and to determine the specific hemodynamic factors that cause the recurrence of aneurysm clipping surgery and embolization surgery,and provide the theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of aneurysm.To investigate the effect of clipping surgery on the hemodynamic factors of intracranial aneurysms,we established 10 groups of patients with clipping surgery and simulated the procedure of manual removal of aneurysms status.Six typical hemodynamic parameters were analyzed,they are Pressure,AWSS,OSI,AWSSG,GON and AFI.The results showed that the model after being clipped had higher AWSS,AWSSG and AFI,which was consistent with the clinical distribution of healthy blood vessel hemodynamics parameters.At the same time,the clipping operation could effectively reduce the OSI of the aneurysm and reduce the rupture of the aneurysm danger.By matching the sample T test,we found that the two parameters of AWSS and AWSSG were linearly correlated before and after clipping surgery,and there is great significant effect on the increase of these two parameters.In order to explore the influencing factors of intracranial aneurysms hemodynamics with different degrees of embolization,According to the real case numerical simulation of the same patient before embolization,incomplete embolization and complete embolization of the three states,at the same time,two ideal models of incomplete embolization were established.We found that the fully embolized aneurysm model shows the high AWSS and AWSSG,and to a certain extent reduce the aneurysm within the OSI,this result is consistent with the clipping surgery.However,for an incomplete embolization of the aneurysm model,there was greater OSI and blood pressure at the top of the incomplete embolized compared to pre-operative conditions,and this suggested that incomplete embolization might further lead to the deterioration of the aneurysm surgery,and prompt aneurysm growth and rupture.
